It IS Skynet. The average Joe does not understand just how fucked we are. We are slowly but surely losing our very humanity, and average Joe will open his wallet and pay for it.

What can happen will happen. With or without extreme technology, accidents will still happen. Consider a case of deliberate terrorism attack through a car crash!!
Here's my definition. IoT is the way for the big companies to brake the trend of people buying less and less devices (because they are just fine for the intended purpose). In short, it's 'invent the needs' campaign. Brace for the wave of ever more insulting ads on how you are uncool without 'the system of systems'. IoT second layer is private and social data mining for the benefit of anyone by regular people. What's in it for the end user? Nothing. Obnoxious features in devices that you can't get rid of, overcomplicated and more expensive households in general etc. All aboard!
+UNTITLED gaming (thomas wilbrink) It is about microcontrollers controlling things like lighting, heating and many other things. It has nothing to do with some grand artificial intelligence.
Hey, don't North-Korea and China have already this? They don't use the internet protocol but I'm sure they have already set up something similar like this :-)
+Michiel de Ruyter No they do not have anything like this. They do in areas have lots of wireless internet access. I will admit that south Korea has building an internet of things that is a smart network that will drive embedded system into every facet of life.

Hostile technology meant to take away our remaining autonomy. We need to develop machines that help us become more independent from, not dependent upon those who control the data in the background.
I don’t want this to happen ever, I want to live in a world where non of this internet existed, also I am probably the only 12 year old who thinks this but what ever
Paramsothy Sanshayan . This is the reason why security is a major consideration in the design for IoT. End to end security architecture must be in place.

It is an extremely exciting time to be a computer scientist!
Tell me why...
I guess but a complete waste of time for a student who wants to be a tattoo artist😭😭
This will be the folly of man. It is an extremely exciting time to be a hermit
good presentation to know what is IOT
I can see this feeding hungry children world wide. foods rotation is essential to avoid any food spoilage.
How exciting! I look forward to Intel IoT with Intel Security to accomplish great things in our world!
This is a pretty informative video for an ad
Good introduction! IoT has to start with robust and accurate sensors.
enfia
what could possibly go wrong

I don't think they used the word "system" enough in this video...

true dat
Good piece of animation...
this concept would be amazing if we use this for the good things
but would be so terrible if there's a bad people want to use this to a bad things
May I know what particular video editor you've been using??,thanks for your response
Very interesting
Impressive how much automotive will impact IoT, yet the auto industry still needs to be sold. #inteliot
Hey Man, what tool did you use for visual animation?
wow big brother is an intelligent shade of blue.
sounds like skynet
Ryan Li - Sounds like BIG BROTHER. Control - Is An Illusion ❗️😳

Very good and funny videos bring a great sense of entertainment!
Turns out the IoT doesn't talk to each other, they will just talk to LLM AI like chatgpt and then that AI will control your stuff.

What software was used to make this video?

thank you so much

"Intel Inside" has become "Look Inside"
Watchdogs Tech
Watch Dogs 3 are looking good
Whats up man, extremely nice account that you have here. Nice one.
Iot = content generated from devices themselves without any human interaction.
and without them even knowing :D

with highly unpredictable internet facility in india, we can't even implement even half the things shown in the video..

How should I create these kind of animated videos for my projects.
Can anyone suggest me.. please

I wonder if I'll be able to connect a tree to the internet one day

so the world is becoming a watchdogs game ?
let me explode that car real quick with my phone
so this is how Cyberdyne was born. I need to buy more bean cans!
IMHO, accident example is not applicable here

actually makes ddosing pretty hectic if you know how to use iot devices etc

Sounds a lot like what ctOS does, if you know what i mean ;)
IoT - battery powered devices, controlled by ARM cores, talking to other battery powered ARM devices, coordinated by ARM and EPYC powered servers.

Heyaa kak xd
Finaly it's a AD.
So in terms of security is the Internet of things safe????
This means for it to work internet should be free all over the world so we consumers buy the hardwares, softwares and time i supposed.

Completely agree... IoT have a lot of promissing applications but business and evil government agencies will shit the thing as usual.
You should try it first the AIoT. Why are you doing this ?
Who else here for debate
IoT sounds somewhat like 1984's Big Brother.
To me, the Internet of Things is a bunch of security vulnerabilities.
