love your perspective bro. i started taking your advice about the law of attraction and I'm already starting to feel the effects. i got fired from my job suddenly and now I've started my own business and it seems like opportunity is really finding me. i can feel the universe pulling me strongly in a different direction. one day I'm going to be rich and i can share my story like you. thanks for the inspiration!
The buildings are leaning forward because there is little room for a move and there are hoisting devices at the top of most houses to get things through the windows into the house. So that you have space to pull these things up, they are leaning forward. :)
Exactly how UA-camrs get cancelled, by constantly speaking and showing off about how much money they have. Not needed. I follow the Moon for Crypto info not the showing off.
The dynamic duo strike again! You and Phil have way too much fun in these vlogs - but they let the rest of us live vicariously through your adventures. Thanks for sharing 👍
WE ARE ALWAYS GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU SHARE SAY AND DO !! SO GOSH DANG AWESOME THAT YOUR PART OF THE F2 AND F1 RACING SCENE !!! SUPER WONDERFUL WONDERFUL VLOG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Carl speaking truth about the mud floods, “space” the moon. Love to see it I respect you so much more knowing that you’re aware of the true reality of this realm. Blessings
Carl please tell your camera man to film more slowly when changing angles so people who are sensitive to motion sickness don't get dizzy and we can have a better visual experience! ;)
The homes are build on wooden poles.up To 7 meters long.when water level drops, and oxygen reaches the poles, the wood decays and rot.thats why the tilt to a side.also using a big pulley on the highest floor it easier To hoist goods up the building. IT also protects the wooden window frames from the rain
You are definitely right about mudflood. I think that, these houses are designed like that. We have to admit that, the previous civilization was much smarter than us and it was certainly not difficult for the engineers to design a crooked house that would last for thousands of years. If the foundation had not been designed like this, the house would continue to sink because it would be out of balance and today this house would already be uninhabitable. I like how you pointing out hidden history . Great vlog as always. Thank you!
As a resident from Amsterdam, the explanation for the crooked angle we are given is that the people who originally built it wanted to make their house look larger for status.
Just a little note regarding the tilted old buildings. At the top of such buildings you can see an iron hook like structure which permits to hoist up any bulky items, and the fact that the building was built in a tilted fashion is to aid this purpose of hoisting up such objects without having the building structure in the way since the upper part is tilted outwards more than the bottom part.
Carl brother.....I cant thank you enough man like seriously...you are the one that gave me hope in my life to live my dream in the future..and im 100 % sure ill live an affulent life as ive started visualise and disired to live that life seriously in my mind..sorry my english is bad..you are first and andrew tate is second im my list of my biggest motivators😅❣❣ sorry my comment is long..if u read it tll here...thank you bro
All older buildings were built after hammering long wooden poles into the muddy swampy grounds on which the fundaments were made. Now pumping too much water out the pole ends dry out and rot away which makes the buildings tilt a bit. If wood stays under water it doesnt rot that quick.
dayum ...feels like watching 5 min.... I didn't even notice I've watched it till the end ! ... More videos and when will you release your first album? 😁🙏🙏
i started visualize my dream life and thinkig positive and that positive thinking will create positive energy in my body and that energy will attract my dream life and positive experiences in my life. Thank you carl for motivating us!!
I remember staying in a boutique hotel in Amsterdam that leaned forward, inside was a strange experience, especially going up and down the narrow stairs.
Amsterdam has only one river running through the city: the Amstel ending up in the Y. Where Karl was standing across a bridge is a canal as it is man built for supplying the canal houses in the times they were largely used as warehouses for storage. Old canal houses were purposely built leaning forward. The building or at least the top floors were built for storage in 1500-1600. By leaning forward they avoided loads hitting the building whilst being hoisted. Hence the hoist on top sticks out too. Today it is still being used for hoisting but these days for furniture as the stairs going up in the building are very steep and narrow. It is nice that Karl shows Amsterdam, it is a pity he did this so uninformed. He could have read up about it for an hour or so and he information would have been correct.
You got it all wrong about the buildings, most people think they are tillted cause the soil they were build on. The houses are build that way on purpose actually cause in the middle ages they pullled cargo up the building that was brought trough the havens. the houses were warehouses of rich merchants and traders. if you look up the buildings you will see hooks witch were used to pull up cargo, if the building were straight build then the cargo would ruin the front of the building. This is the real reason why they are tillted! Im living in the oldest town of the Netherlands called Dordrecht so thats why i know. Greetings from the Netherlands
the buildings are tilted so supplies when bought up with the hook at the top don't scrape or damage the facade. its an intentional part of the design no fault or flood damage.
if i had Jacob and Co money i would try to design a resident evil themed watch that included the typewriter, ink ribbon and the save room jingle. Awesome that Carl shouted out resident evil
awesome vlog again ! about the tilted facades, its called "bouwen op vlucht" in Dutch. they used to build these houses like that on purpose to avoid rainwater penetration and maybe also for a couple of other reasons. the space under the ground floor you saw are souterrains build with foundation related purposes, home owners would store their food there or have staff living there :)
I think they are tilted on purpose so it made it more easy to lift things up with the lift that was mounted on the wall. Today you can see a piece sticking out. If your theory should be correct it´s strange all house tilt in same direction.
lol Carl i love ur imagination. the houses are tilted to create more space in house since they only had a certain amount of building space. because of tilting it the meters could be builded without any fine because of building illigal extra meters
Your “townhouse” is more private than a hotel. And it feels more like a house also it’s more welcoming.. I always love renting houses over condos or hotels..
Indeed nice suites in The Grand, I fixed your fire alarm system there, haha, next time you can also check Kraznapolsky, with a view over dam square or Pullitzer Hotel a little bit further. Bet you enjoyed Amsterdam. Greetings from Holland

Carl maybe a fun fact about Amsterdam, the more windows in the windows and the higher the stairs in front of the houses, the richer the people were.
