How do you pick so accurately? My problem isn't hitting notes its picking quickly and accurately. Any tips? Like do I need to position my self a certain way or use my wrist more or position my fingers better? Anything helps.

i don't really think about it while playing, but i know that i only follow the tempo of the song with the downpicks, the uppicks (aka alternate picking) is natural. so the downwards motion of my hand follows the tempo, that's what results in accurate 16th notes

@@JokerTheAnarchist ok I appreciate the info do use more of your wrist or forearm? Like idk maybe I'm using too thick of a pick or I just need to practice to a metronome

@@masonlouden9485 try to use your wrist more but make sure you’re moving your forearm as well when playing things like 16th notes
