Nice homes but what about the home insurance??? Like California, Florida homes (Especially on water) Insurance companies are just abandoning home owners.
Insurance has increased a little bit here in Florida but these homes are not in a flood zone. These are man made lakes and the neighborhood is roughly 14 miles inland. Overall, the increased cost of insurance isn’t a deterrent at this price range in comparison to other fees associated with homes this valuable. My opinion is the increase in insurance is a worthwhile expense to be able to live here. It’s a great place to be!
It will depend on the builder. Most of the homes will be 12-24 months depending on how long the design process takes. I’d there a particular builder you’re most interested in?
Pools are included in the pricing for Arthur Ruttenburg and John Cannon Models in this video but not for Stock Luxury or Lee Wetherington. However I expect between 90% and 100% of the homes in this neighborhood to have pools. Are you interested in this neighborhood?
You can pay in cash. I don’t believe it is necessary for a credit check if you’re paying cash. Typically a background check would take place if someone bought a resale home in a neighborhood like this but I don’t believe it’s part of the process when purchasing from the developer. Are you interested in this community? If so, please email me at mheller27@gmail.com
I was wondering why it says that on the website. So just to be clear if you pay cash there is no need for a check and why would they do that. We are just looking around at the moment. Wild blue and palm beach
Yeah that’s understandable. A lot of people are okay with that if the homes themselves are really nice and the amenities are top notch. It’s kind of like living in a luxury condo in the sense that it’s dense but you’re partially there to meet people in the neighborhood and enjoy your time with them. The Country Club, Lake Club, and the Concession are neighborhoods nearby with much larger lots. Thanks for watching.
“Tour the neighborhood everyone is talking about”. What are we a bunch of middle schoolers? Gossiping and fawning over a “neighborhood”. Please leave Florida immediately.
Love this so so much!!!! I am definitely buying into Florida!
@@Empresskimz thanks for watching!

@@michaelheller_KW Thanks. Just curious.
Do they do a background check and credit check and why being from the UK we don't do anything like that what happens if you pay cash

I would never want to be in a HOA community

Quality builds, but too close to your neighbors for that price point imo
