I made this today, with slight veggie choice modifications. The first bite was lip tingling hot from the black pepper and from then on, each taste got better and better. AND my husband looked at me and said “save that recipe”. And “you could pay a lot of money for a bowl of something this delicious”. So I would have to say that this was a huge hit. I have tried every recipe for stir fry beef I can find and they always end up with chewy beef. Made this last night - OMG - it was heavenly. So much flavour and the beef was melt in the mouth. Highly recommended.
I made this recipe and it was 1 of the best ever…its full of flavours…used carrots, broccoli and capsicum as veggies…ate with fried rice…had to cook the beef in the pressure cooker for 6 whistles however…bt it came out perfectly…can’t recommend enough to make this recipe…

I have to tell you.. I had some poor thin steak left in my freezer that I bought once to make steak and it just sucked cause it was too thin. So I thought, let’s make beef wok with it? And I wanted it to taste like, well, something. Having watched your channel the past couple of weeks I ended up cutting the meat into strips and marinating it in soy sauce, fish sauce and some cane sugar for less than 30 min. It was SO flavorful and delicious!! Adding fish sauce to almost everything basically pays off lol

I always order beef and broccoli at my local P.F. Chang’s they do a great version. I have been on this Asian food kick for the last couple of years I only crave things like Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean,Etc. when I was in my 20’s I used to crave Italian food, it’s weird how taste changes.

Just made this and it was delicious. I’m having to cut back on spicy food so I just used 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes and it was great. I was surprised when I saw some great looking Bok choy at Walmart and was looking for a good recipe to use it, love it!
Made a chicken and beef combo stir fry with this recipe sans the bean thing and wine. It came out pretty good. Too bad my 8.5 yr old has become picky nowadays. I miss cooking and am thankful to have stumbled on your channel.

But, the background sounds, like the loud sizzling in this video, and loud, manic music on a loop, are real detractors to otherwise excellent content. You don't need those props -- you and your kitchen are fabulous enough. 😘
