I love how MC Chucky reaaally knows how to control a crowd, with doing multiple things you mainly see in their performances, getting everyone to connect with the "put your arms around eachother and then go left left left, right right right" or the big circle and all go around and around together. MC Chucky really knows how to work the crowd :D

I used to like him, and then it turned out he isn't so nice at all. had 2 occasions where he was a total prick in the backstage. really sad cause I liked his music but now I associate it with the image he made for himself towards me.
Cedy what are you talking about? When did these events take place? I never even met you at all as far as I know so I really have no clue what you are talking about 🤷🏻♂️

@@officialmarkwithak21/01/2017 ik deed die hard men best voor een DJ contest om te mogen draaien op je B-day Bash in hoogstraten. (Ong 2u van bij mij) meer dan 800 mensen hebben me toen gesupport en ik mocht draaien op je event. Ik was echt megablij! Tot de line up doorkwam. Laatste DJ in het zaaltje boven. Hoe dan ook ik was beginnent en keek er super naar uit om je mijn dj skills te laten horen. Eens aangekomen begonnen met draaien was er "te weinig volk" in de room boven en werd mijn set na nog geen 7min afgekapt...
In 2016 hebben we backstage op Daydream even gepraat en een foto genomen. Je set was geweldig en je was vriendelijk dus in 2017 was ik wat geshokeerd.
Niet lang daarna op OLF vond jij of het management het nodig om van uur te wisselen met een opkomende DJ waar ik toen enorm veel support voor gaf. Stond op een topuur... tot er vanuit jullie aan de organisatie werd gevraagd om dat uur over te nemen en natuurlijk jullie dat ook kregen.
Ik snap heel goed dat je deze dingen misschien niet kan herinneren, maar ik heb vooral van de dj contest toen als beginnende DJ toch wel wakker gelegen.
Je weet hoeveel tijd er steekt in een set te maken dan de 4 uur lange reis om er te staan en dat voor na 7min afgekapt te worden.
@@AlexanderMerlin Jammer te horen, maar de problemen die jij hebt ondervonden hebben niets met de DJ te maken.
Clubs moeten rekening houden met veel dingen, en zij hebben altijd eind beslissing - dus als er een area toe gaat, is dat puur vanuit de club. Een artiest zou zelfs nog draaien mocht er nog 1 persoon op de dansvloer staan. Altijd feest dus ;)
En OLF - dat is een jammere zaak, maar wederom heeft dat niets met de DJ te maken - uur wisselingen hebben vaak andere redenen - zoals contractuele redenen (vaak staat een artiest op meerdere locaties, dus als tijden niet nageleefd worden valt een hele tour schema uit elkaar). Daar kan niemand wat aan doen helaas, dus is vaak een miscommunicatie vanuit de organisatie.
Jammer dat deze dingen je zuur zijn uitgevallen, maar we zijn zeker dat Mark With a K daar ook weinig aan kon doen. Eén van de vriendelijkste artiesten die je kan tegenkomen :)
Maar goed, zo te zien op jouw kanaal heb je al hele mooie DJ momenten mogen meemaken!
@cedy Ik snap je frustraties. Alleen je moet jouw emoties en de feiten wel kunnen scheiden. Je claimt dat iemand een "total prick" is, maar in jouw verdere uitleg is geen enkel argument te vinden waarom Mark een "prick" zou zijn. Dat heeft louter te maken met organisaties van feesten en dat er keuzes gemaakt moeten worden. De club- en festivalscene zijn hard en soms moeten er harde keuzes gemaakt worden, daar ben jij helaas als beginnende DJ de dupe van geworden. Dat vind ik zeer spijtig voor je. Maar dat heeft niks te maken met dat Mark een "prick" zou zijn. Daarnaast vind ik het niet netjes dat je je frustraties zo publiekelijk in de comments zet waardoor mensen een verkeerd beeld van iemand kunnen krijgen. Dat is gewoon niet tof, en ik denk dat als iemand dat bij jou zou doen, dat je dat ook niet leuk zou vinden. Daarnaast had je ook persoonlijk met mark contact op kunnen nemen en het er dan over kunnen hebben. Het zou je sieren om je 1e reactie hier te verwijderen. Verder wens ik je het beste met jouw DJ carriëre!
