Yes! X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) is mine favorite movie of franchises! Also Psylocke is mine favorite marvel superheroes and X-Men Character ever in my heart💙
One of Aardman's most underrated films. Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet, and Ian McKellen are great in their roles, The Toad's plan is creative, and I love the British humor.
I feel like this movie doesn't get the appreciation it deserves. Its really fun, clever and touching all at once. Minus the occasional literal potty humor.
3:03 I love that ange knew this was a wolverine suit to reference that ruddy is voiced by Hugh jackman the best wolverine actor , alot of people didn't pay attention to that detail
I never realised until I was much older that Kate Winslet voiced Rita. She should really be in more animated films, she's certainly got the knack for it!
If you loved this, you'll adore Aardman's other films. They're the masters of stop motion, quick gags, and British Humor. The reason this was cgi, was because it was easier to work with all that water this way. Shame it bombed and ended their partnership with DreamWorks, though.
Aardman normally does claymation - Wallace & Gromit, Chicken Run, Shaun the Sheep, etc. - but when it came to this movie, they realized just how much of it was dependent on water, which is ridiculously hard to do in stopmotion. So they did it cgi...but did it looking as *if* it was stop motion.
A known fact about Ardman they actually ended up burning down their warehouse they were using it for I think it was the movie of Wallace and Gromit I can't remember but because of that they were not able to do anything for a while because making the clay figures takes a long time but now they use CGI fire because using real fire is too risky especially with what happened the last time they used real fire.
15:13 That song isn't by Bob Marley, a common mistake. It's by Bobby McFarrin (1988, which was 7 years after Marley's passing). Bob Marley never sang this song, people often mistake it because of the reggae vibe. The Music video also features Robin Williams and Bill Irwin being silly.
I love Aardman’s Brit humor!! On stage in this movie and Hugh and Kate’s voices actually work great across from each other! The chemistry is adorable. You’ll DEFINITELY love Chicken Run!! ❤ It brought this animation studio into America’s view and did so with a vengeance!
James Bond reactions would honestly be great! In terms of where to start, the obvious answer would be at the beginning with the very first Bond film Dr No; on the other hand, the early films can be considered quite slow by modern standards, so starting with Daniel Craig's first film Casino Royale could be a good alternative if you'd pretty to start with a more recent one. It's up to you of course, either way we'll (or at least I will) be here for it.
James Bond must - watch list: Dr No, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger, Live & Let Die, the Man With the Golden Gun, the Spy Who Loved Me, Licence to Kill Goldeneye, Tomorrow Never Dies. And ALL of Daniel Craig's movies because they're all connected.
3:56 fun fact: aardman was going to make this film stop motion, but all the water elements was involved, and Roddy get flushed down the toilet etc. and water can damage clay, so they switched to a different medium
1. I only saw Skyfall and No Time To Die as well as a lil bit of Casino Royal but that’s bout it. 2. This film as well as Happy Feet introduced me to Hugh Jackman before the X-Men movies ever did. This film introduced me to Kate Winslet before there was Rose Dawson, to Ian McKellen before there was Gandalf and Magneto, to Andy Serkis before there was Gollum, to Jean Reno before there was Leon The Professional, and to Bill Nighy before there was Davy Jones and that’s saying something cuz this came around the same year that Dead Man’s Chest came around. 3. I thought rats would be herbivores myself but I’m pretty sure they also eat maggots as well. They apparently eat anything including humans and other rats. 4. Penguins Of Madagascar started out as a show on Nickelodeon but it became a movie in 2014. 5. If the Toad was killed, he would not have told the story of how he became an outcast. 6. The reason Hugh Jackman has such a good “British” accent is cuz he’s Australian. It’s always a wonder how the British and the Australians had the exact same damn accents. 7. What did Sid and Le Frog call “you?” Not you but Roddy and Rita. Sid called Roddy an old cream cracker. Le Frog called Rita a chocolate croissant. It’s a French pastry. Only reason he replaced the R with a W is cuz that’s what the French do. 8. You said you liked the animators of that film. That would be Aardman. He also made Chicken Run, Wallace And Gromit, and a few other films. 9. I wouldn’t say that the Toad did nothing. Technically, he plugged the master cable back in.
Flushed Away is one of those ‘forgotten’ animated movies that I watched so many times when I was younger. Thanks for the reminder! I probably have not seen this movie in at least 8 years😳 There are 2 other really good animated movies that fall into the ‘forgotten’ category: Over the Hedge and The Curse of the Were-Rabbit. They are really fun movies, you should definitely check them out!😁
I overlooked this movie so hard when it came out, and tbh so did the rest of the world 😅 My pet theory is that a) We'd all had our fill with Wallace and Gromit, which was amazing amd kind of hit the spot for British animated humour, and b) a rat getting flushed down the loo is a hard sell.
If I had to try and re-market Flushed Away today, I'd borrow two things Ange says in this reaction: "Out-of-pocket humour" and "Dad Jokes" I think that sets the tone juuuuuust right 😉
Just so you know, in the beginning of the movie when the rat is picking out either of the other outfit or wolverine, that is because the voice of the rat is Hugh Jackman
Yes. You should definitely watch the Penguins of Madagascar movie! As far as animated movies that I feel got kind of overlooked I would say Penguins of Madagascar, Megamind and Surf's Up.
Love this movie and your commentary. About Penguins of Madagascar, there's a show and a movie, not directly correlated as the movie stands on its own as a sequel to Madagascar 3 basically, you should definitely watch it
Here are some to consider maybe: * the tale of despereaux * legend of ga'hoole (one of my favorites) * brother bear 2 * paddington * robots * meet the robbinsons * Tinkerbell movies (I loved them so so much...still do actually and I'm 43 now 😂)
I have some movie suggestions: - The Iron Claw - Legends of the Fall - Apollo 13 - Balto - Young Woman and the Sea - Braveheart - 1917 - Bottoms - Booksmart
My favorite animated movie is the road to el dorado. Did well at the box office, but it didn’t get much appreciated by audiences and critics alike. Answering your question if England ever got to the final at the World Cup? Yes…..that was 68 years ago. It was back in 1966 in ENGLAND!
Please do Chicken Run or Wallace & Gromit by the same studio! Aardman are really the masters of stop-motion animation. This was their first animated film, but their other ones are all hand-animated with clay and take years to make as they literally photograph each frame to make their films.
If you liked this movie, you'll LOVE Chicken Run - but all of Aardman's work, from their original Wallace and Grommet shorts to the Pirates are just fun movies to watch. If you're thinking of jumping into James Bond, the best place to start is the start: Dr. No., the original James Bond movie.
😄👍 Should you ever have a desire to watch an animated film in which Dumbledore (Michael Gambon) actually DOES provide one of the celebrity voices, check out "The Fantastic Mr. Fox" (2009), which also has an extremely stacked cast. 😉
Its worth doing the James bond movies in the right order because every movie continues from the last one but yes I would love to see your reaction to those movies they can be very strange different but it started in 1962 so its expected its starts with DR No and the most recent one is No Time to Die.
Mouse & other characters look like they're from Chicken Run (2000) (excellent movie). Apparently there is a recent sequel (2023). (Also a DreamWorks product). James Bond: Do them all in order is the only right answer. Dr. No is first. (The Roger Moore era (1973-1975) is the most fun Bond (a very campy Bond). JAWS is the most loveable assassin ever).
Start at the very beginning of the Bond movies, Dr. No. You should watch Wallace & Grommet: Curse of the Were-rabbit, it’s the same animation style and sense of humor.
I absolutely love this movie, and it's sad how underrated it is. Please react to the movie "Balto". Another one of my childhood favorites, and I think you'll love it too
You should've seen the Happy Meal toys for this movie; I had two of them! Rita was a compass and Roddy was a watch, which I found really cool! Also, I thought Whitey was kinda scary as a kid. Maybe it was because he was albino, but I always felt he was...off.
Should I do X-Men??
yes!!!
Yes please
Yes 🤩
Yes! X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) is mine favorite movie of franchises! Also Psylocke is mine favorite marvel superheroes and X-Men Character ever in my heart💙
@LeiloniBecerra-z6b Hell Yes!!!! I'm lookin' forward to see her reaction of X-Men movies!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊
One of Aardman's most underrated films. Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet, and Ian McKellen are great in their roles, The Toad's plan is creative, and I love the British humor.

How is that a bad thing
@@reggielacey2235I second that

I mean she’s kate Winslet the women is perfection in every role I’ve seen her in. But I agree she should definitely do more voice over roles
I mean she’s kate Winslet the women is perfection in every role I’ve seen her in. But I agree she should definitely do more voice over roles
I have used the "Bingo, Scrabble, Enough games" line so much and nobody ever knows what I'm referencing.
"Enough games! To the rat-mobiles!" 60s Batman theme plays R.I.P. Adam West
If you loved this, you'll adore Aardman's other films. They're the masters of stop motion, quick gags, and British Humor. The reason this was cgi, was because it was easier to work with all that water this way. Shame it bombed and ended their partnership with DreamWorks, though.
Was about the say the same.
The words “Le FRUITCAKE!!” Lives in my head rent free! This movie will always have my respect for that
British humour at it's peak XD would have loved to get a sequel!!! Loved this film as a kid and still find it hilarious!

The best Ardman movie is Chicken Run, but the old Wallace and Gromit shorts are their best work
There is a new Wallace and Grommet coming out..
Feathers McGraw is being released from prison...and he wants revenge
I saw the trailer for it, I’m gonna watch it day one
15:13 That song isn't by Bob Marley, a common mistake. It's by Bobby McFarrin (1988, which was 7 years after Marley's passing). Bob Marley never sang this song, people often mistake it because of the reggae vibe. The Music video also features Robin Williams and Bill Irwin being silly.
I don't know why but I paused the video at that time to look for this comment
The Daniel Craig Bond films are the most recent but they are still a really good starting point. Casino Royale is the first of his line up.
Definitely l would always recommend going for those they're good for action packed yet dark adventure
Yes this is the way! i love them
What is your favorite underrated animated film?!?
Rio
Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron 🦅✨
Oliver and company
'Cloudy with a chance of meatballs' and 'Arthur Christmas'
Treasure Planet!
Aardman are honestly such a childhood memory for me
This, Wallace and gromit and all the rest are honestly just so good ❤
I love how the temperature of the fridge nitrogen was labeled “rather cold”
This DreamWork animation is kinda good too! Just... Flash Away!😅I'm glad you made this reaction!❤
This movie is one of my favourites of all time
18:42 the way it was edited made me laugh harder than I should have 😂
I love Aardman’s Brit humor!! On stage in this movie and Hugh and Kate’s voices actually work great across from each other! The chemistry is adorable.
You’ll DEFINITELY love Chicken Run!! ❤ It brought this animation studio into America’s view and did so with a vengeance!
I'm glad Reese made you watch this movie and that you liked it. And yes you should totally do Penguins if you haven't yet
I had this movie on dvd at the time and the extras was sooooo amazing, there were little videoclips of slug songs and games

The Craig films get even slower than the older ones by the end. Better to go in order.
Cloudy with A Chance of Meatballs is a film I'm sure you'd enjoy! :D
Underrated hidden gem? Mirror Mask (2005) a Jim Henson production. It’s live action/cgi/practical effects are beautiful, the story is great too!
Got this movie on dvd 📀
James Bond must - watch list:
Dr No,
From Russia With Love,

the Spy Who Loved Me,
Licence to Kill
Goldeneye,
Tomorrow Never Dies.

Always forget this movie exists. Loved the reaction! If you ever get a chance you should watch “surfs up”. It’s another underrated gem from the 2000s
One of the most underrated movies from my childhood, also loved the game on the Gamecube!
3:56 fun fact: aardman was going to make this film stop motion, but all the water elements was involved, and Roddy get flushed down the toilet etc. and water can damage clay, so they switched to a different medium
My favorite 11:58-12:00-12:02 parts.
why
A family friend who was like my grandma had this and like one other kids movie growing up
This is such a good throwback lol
I recommend Rio (1 and 2)
and also A Bug's Life, Home and The Willoughbys
And The Chronicles of Narnia movies
The last one for sure.
Also "Mitchell's vs Machines".

5:00 yep
More people need to react to the lesser known stuff, like "Pirates:Band of Misfits".
A unappreciated and underrated Animated film is RANGO with Johnny depth. you should watch it.
Just so you know, in the beginning of the movie when the rat is picking out either of the other outfit or wolverine, that is because the voice of the rat is Hugh Jackman
I was literally JUST thinking of this movie ❤
'The Castle' is a great underrated comedy.

Yes. You should definitely watch the Penguins of Madagascar movie! As far as animated movies that I feel got kind of overlooked I would say Penguins of Madagascar, Megamind and Surf's Up.

I love this movie
The Penguins movie is unironically my favorite movie in the whole franchise. It’s actually hilarious.

* brother bear 2
* paddington

* meet the robbinsons
* Tinkerbell movies (I loved them so so much...still do actually and I'm 43 now 😂)
osmosis jones is such a fire name for a frog
Daniel Crag is first James Bond of five movies!

- Balto
- Young Woman and the Sea
- Braveheart
- 1917
- Bottoms
- Booksmart

YES, FINALLY!
If you're doing James Bond, the only way to do them is in order, starting with Dr. No.
“Alright men, to action!”
“We surrender!”
“No not that one!”
That’s gotta be one of my fav jokes in a dreamworks film
Ah yes, one of the most popular English pastimes; making fun of the French
@@christianwise637 😂
The last time England was in the final was 1966, which was also the only time they won the cup.
Yay this was so good ❤
Thanks Veronica!
when I first found out Roddy was voiced by Hugh Jackman I was amazed cause I didn't know that.
I’d love to see you watch City of Ember. Such a good movie

Jean Reno (Le Frog) is ALWAYS awesome.
OMG I don't know why people don't talk about this more often ❤
Furngully!!! Angelina, please watch Furngully it has Robin Williams in it 🎉
Andy Serkis voiced Spike the henchmen while Bill Nighy who played Davey Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean was Whitey.
Awesome reaction of my favorite DreamWorks movie!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊
Yes PLEASE watch the Penguins of Madagascar!! It's a masterpiece movie!
you should watch pengiuns of madagascar to i think you'll like it
