A young boy in our neighbourer,who had jst taken admission in the first year of his engineering course,in a reputed institue..is devoted to iscon.He had also visited mayapur..He gave me a tulsi mala to recite hare ram,hare krishna..His mother asked why r u upto all this..He gave a very bold reply..tht at this age m m nt into any affair,drugs or any party making attitude..M studying ,reciting mantra and m seeking truth..is there anything wrong? Some souls take this path..all cannont..may be one in a crore..bt still d population have problem wid tht..

यदी आपका लड़का/लड़की अगर साधु या साध्वी बन रही हो, तो माता पिता को उसका मनोबल बढ़ाना चहिए। पर आजके हिंदू इतने मुर्ख बन चुके है की, उनका लड़का शराब पिए, जुआ खेले, live in के नाम पर अय्याशी करें तो उससे उनको कोई दिक्कत नहीं होती। पर साधु बन जाए तो रोने लगते है।

When one surrender whole life to god his parents and 100 if his previous generations get moksha as per scriptures. And talking about desires, it keeps in increasing, it never come to an end. One must do karma at any cost, even sanyasi is working more than you up to night to distribute spiritual knowledge to society.

Jab hum Iskcon mandir me jate hain kirtan sunte hain, wo apko batate hain yeh mantra vedon(shastron) se hai, koi nahi puchhata phir bhi batate hain. Jab hum check karte hain to yeh mantra kisi bhi shastra se nahi. Phir wo ek vedic mantra ko distorted, twist kar dete hain aur kehte hain, ab hamara yeh mantra vedon(shastron) se ho gaya hai.

When you justify your answer saying I took sanyas will never leave you from this sin. Our gods always said Karma is above everything when you're not performing your duties in the name of God, it mean you're neglecting his words. So wake up. ISKCON is a great institute which offers you the full stack to become a monk or remain in sansar and practice bhakti. The discretion of the practicioner is needed which path he needs to chose as per his time, place and circumstance. Also the practices of ISKCON appear too conventional and thus cultish but it is backed by Vedic scriptures so there is no loss for anyone. Also some of the neophyte practitioners especially start judging the external word as karmis, sahajiyas, pashandis and mayavadis thus reinforcing to the general public that they are part of a cult.

If Krishna takes care of all the ashramites and all they need is complete surrender, then why would they lean to 'western' medicine when they fall ill ( as he mentioned as one of the provisions for those who join ISKON)? So when its convenient, a western knowledge is been provided through Krishna and when isn't not convenient, the youth must be encouraged to hold on to ancient bharatiya shastras and not get enticed by the 'west'. Its facinating how complete surrender to god is expected. but it isn't god, is it? its surrender to iskon to provide them meal, look after them when they are ill, seek permission to leave. and when the question of financial support for parents what put forward, the answer given was - not our problem, make your own money.

Krishna said that's not Sanyas that's Palayanvad, you are having responsibilities to fight against Adharm so you can't renounce world. When you justify your answer saying I took sanyas will never leave you from this sin. Our gods always said Karma is above everything when you're not performing your duties in the name of God, it mean you're neglecting his words. So wake up. Do Bhakti, but never leave your parents when they need you the most. It's the biggest Sin .

ISKCON is a great institute which offers you the full stack to become a monk or remain in sansar and practice bhakti. The discretion of the practicioner is needed which path he needs to chose as per his time, place and circumstance. Also the practices of ISKCON appear too conventional and thus cultish but it is backed by Vedic scriptures so there is no loss for anyone. Also some of the neophyte practitioners especially start judging the external word as karmis, sahajiyas, pashandis and mayavadis thus reinforcing to the general public that they are part of a cult.
The main purpose of life according to me should be to take care of everyone every leaving being of this planet.

If Krishna takes care of all the ashramites and all they need is complete surrender, then why would they lean to 'western' medicine when they fall ill ( as he mentioned as one of the provisions for those who join ISKON)? So when its convenient, a western knowledge is been provided through Krishna and when isn't not convenient, the youth must be encouraged to hold on to ancient bharatiya shastras and not get enticed by the 'west'.
Its facinating how complete surrender to god is expected. but it isn't god, is it? its surrender to iskon to provide them meal, look after them when they are ill, seek permission to leave. and when the question of financial support for parents what put forward, the answer given was - not our problem, make your own money.

@Indraneel Sarkar Krishna is telling doing Karm without any Vikaar n worldly attachments is Sanyas. He never mentioned not to get married, leave in Temple, don't do jobs, don't have kids. In fact in Arjun Vishad Yog when Arjun said he wanted to enter to monkhood and spend his entire life to asceticism. Krishna said that's not Sanyas that's Palayanvad, you are having responsibilities to fight against Adharm so you can't renounce world. He told Arjun to enjoy the kingdom he never mentioned not to enjoy kingdom. His ideology was from Palayanvad to Sansar. So technically Krishna's philosophy was completely opposite of these guys doing now.

Iskon has done wrong translations and interpretations of Sri Bhagvatgeeta.. Try comparing ISKON Geeta and one from Geeta press Gorakhpur ( with shabda vichchhed, anvay and Hindi translation).. You'll come to know what they are doing..
