Here's a vlog that she did while she attended Acapella Academy in Los Angeles last year. ua-cam.com/video/qzJSf8EzUTc/v-deo.html Now, think about that: she was going to the academy less than one year ago. Today, less than a year later, she's in one of the hottest girl groups on the planet. And, she's barely 18 years old. Oh, and Kaedi was her _classmate_ ! Both of them. Zero to 60 in zip. Damn.
The reason you don't have more Kaedis is that their talent is traditionally ignored and marginalized and the cute little sopranos are pushed forward. With the exception being African Anerican gospel where altos are beloved. There are just as many altos and contraltos (women aren't bass since that is a gender specific term right or wrong) as there are sopranos if we give them the credit they deserve.
