Actually I am from Karnataka and staying in Delhi since 3 years, I literally crave for South Indian food. I am enjoying ur videos. I want you to compare the food where you eat with other places so that we can understand the difference, it's speciality and it's uniqueness. Food or the local cuisine is of the thing that makes place unique and famous. As you have vegetarian food I would like to recommend you to have rice varieties because Karnataka "banglore" is famous rice. U will get various types of rice preparations like lemon rice, tamrind rice, pulav, palak rice, pongal, curd rice, bisibelebath(Karnataka's famous) and rice bath( Banglore's famous). U must try them because u will not find them in Delhi except Bahavans.

Mangalore's and other South India region's Golibaje is not bad. It has a plain taste. When we have with a spicy chutney, it's very tasty.

Rava masala dosa is just plain they dont add onion in it, and rava onion masala dosa either its little sautey onions on the dosa or raw onions inside the rava dosa, basically people prefer the set dosa rava plain or butter masala or butter masala dosa in bangalore, the place where you are standing they also some times serve you avrebele dosa which is very unique, there is a green board shop there you can ask them, but its very seasonal but yumm to have, you can also try vb bakery and dosa stuff there....
