      This was great, thanks, I've been looking for "how can i make a pain reliever at home?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Peyulian Uncomplex Predominance - (search on google ) ? It is a smashing one off guide for finding natural painkillers and surviving a disaster using this powerful method minus the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbour got cool success with it.

    I had same problem no chiro or therapy helped, I wouldn’t wish the pain on worst enemy.
    Then I got inversion table nice one for $300 and everyday I started to hang upside down and do deep breathing for 2-3 min in morning at night and other times of home during day.
    Takes a while to get used to sometimes uncomfortable but I just felt like I needed decompression. I started to do sit-ups from hanging upside down position too, 30-50 of those a day and you get six pack quickly and core strength helps.
    After about 2 months I realized I could grab the bottom of inversion table while hanging upside down and pull stretching my spine out and kind of pulling upper body away from lower body. After doing that along with deep breathing one day I was alone in garage and I pulled really hard and “pop” I felt a deep scarey pop by my sacrum coccyx area, instantly my whole body got numb and I panicked I thought maybe I damaged myself for a spilt second I worried I made things worse, but then when I got up I felt amazing first time with no pain for years. Then later in day pain came back and I got on and hung upside down again and it popped again. And this continued for months during day pain would always come back then it would pop and feel so great. Eventually one day it just stayed where it was supposed to be. It’s like I had retrained my spine and joints where they should be.
    For years something was just stuck and needed to be separated and decompressed.
    After this happened I was able to excercise more, and I began stretching 15min really good everyday obliques chest arms shoulders hips hamstrings all of it and that helped a lot too.
    If you can’t get a ring dinger it’s too far or can’t afford it I would recommend an inversion table you can find them used for cheap, but you have to commit to it and get used to it.
    They also make them with heat pads and massagers on them, mine didn’t have that but it does have really plush ankle holders since that’s what you’re hanging by I suggest looking for those types and get one with the lumbar support

    • @veltonmeade1057
      @veltonmeade1057 3 роки тому

      With me, I see my chiro at least once a month, but I also bought an inversion table about five years ago and it helps me in between visits. I also bought what is known as a Rumble Roller. Look it up on Amazon, and this may help you also. I also own a foam roller. I have found that each one has it's purpose. Oh, and I also bought a door pull-up device to stretch my back, helps tremendously with stretching my tail-bone.

    • @AlphaPoppa38
      @AlphaPoppa38 5 місяців тому

      When I was deadlifting heavy I bought an inversion table for 150 bucks on Amazon. I still have it. I could decompress my very low back near my tail bone by simply applying pressure with my hands to the handles and pushing with gradual pressure . I also had a pretty uncomfortable jammed hip socket. I discovered that I could hang with one leg and apply a strong more violent push to decompress my hip socket.

    Oh yes. This guy. It looks to me like the doc is considering the pain when adjusting his sacrum and sacroiliac joints. He doesn't look like he's going as full on as with other patients. Edit: and just after I wrote that he talked about it being more painful to adjust that area.

    I think at one point he got that "gun" looking tool out and was just zapping the guy and he was just flinching along with the zaps? ...good times.

    *_John 3.16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”_*
