When sending a list, does the recipient receive the other emails on the list or just my email? How do I make sure the recipient only receives my email?

My SMTP all going to spam and my registrar all to inbox. What makes it go to inbox is your dns settings and not being black listed regardless if you're on SMTP or not. Am i missing something?

Note that so far as you build a fresh SMTP doesn't mean you should start sending in bulk. You need to build some reputation by warming up your SMTP. Your SMTP IP address is new so there are many factors. Hope you get the idea
