Yes there is...!! But it's not very visible from a distance and for the price point this is a great highlighter..😊
If you're looking for something subtle this might not be for you..😊

Don’t buy this people, unless you love that glitter look. Under harsh fluorescent light (at work or school) people in Australia will be able to see you (unless you live in Australia). Basically, it’s too glittery. Bye
