Ahri is one of the champions with the most dances in her skins. These being the Classic Ahri (as with the rest of the basic and epic skins), Dynastic, Pop Star, Star Guardian, K/DA All Out and Spirit Blossom.

Yeah. In the past, when Riot paid more attention to skins, they added additional quotes. This happened when a champion received a rework and their skins received some quotes, or when a champion was released, the skin released with them also received them. Even 520 RP skins have unique quotes, like Nightblade or Aviator Irelia.
