Day 0 : Announcement!
Both I and Varsha have been very ignorant with our diet and lifestyle for the last few months. Even though I am into fitness as profession yet it can happen with anyone, going off track is not very tough, but staying on track is.
Also a lot of you guys have been constantly asking me for my fitness and diet routine so I thought this would be a great oppurtunity to showcase our journey and be as realistic about it as possible.
We'll be sharing our routine, food, supplements(if any) and exercises.
