In Indonesia mackerel is not popular and mostly imported frozen, so it is quite expensive here.. I always love your wholesome videos Moe, your family is amazing!!

Dear Moe-san. I tried your recipe. This dish is really delicious. Even though I could not find fresh ginger, I used ginger powder instead. The sause also went well with grated green mango. Many thanks for sharing this recipe 😊 love from Vietnam

Moee the best thing about watching your videos is learning to be soo patient. I know everyone says sutan is cute but i can tell everytime she does something to annoy you or something that she shouldnt do. And it gets me so mad but then I remember what you say about kids being difficult but not cause they want to .its cause theyre not fully developed like us adults yet. they have no emotional support on their own they need us. Thats what calms me and makes me feel bad for them and overlook their tantrums. But then again of course we need to teach them discipline and not let them get away with everything they ask. This is a real life journal and ive learned so much from your patience and the way you react when shes being difficult and trying to hit you lol. Kids will be kids. And i dont care what anyone says. They are a handful for sure. but they come with a lot of good sides too and its our responsibility to not just make them happy by giving them everything they ask for (which we shouldnt do) but to make them good people and citizens prepared for the world and society. love you moe and much respect for you. You are smart talented and soo beautiful.

You just renewed my confidence to cook fish! Mackerel is not a common dish unless we go for Japanese food. In Singapore, there’s a wide variety of fish dishes and each of us consume different type from others based on our race and dialect :) which influence our diet culture. Mine is mostly pomfret fish growing up. And we steam the fish with sliced ginger and chilli in between to remove the fishy taste and soya sauce for flavour enhancement. But today I learned a even simpler way from u. 😊
