Almond milk doesn't work to reduce spice. Or works a lot less, since it's the fat in the milk that desolves capsaicin.

For dairy free options, usually regular soy milk (not the fat free one) or barista plant milks work well. Barista oat milk is my go to option

Tip: Rather than drinking milk/water or sucking on ice cubes, eat something that will scrape the spice away. For me I usually stir fry the noodles with my choice of meat and vegetables which helps to cut down on the spice. This is a more lasting solution to getting rid of the burn from the spice vs. milk/water/ice cubes which are temporary.
Try a hard butterscotch candy. Idk why, but that soothed the flames of hell in my mouth when doing the 5 fiery jelly belly challenge.

I guess Mamee Daebak Ghost Pepper noodle is level 7 the ultimate level 😂. Even at that spiciness level that instant noodle is popular in Malaysia. It literally sold out everywhere when it introduced as a limited product & they decided to continue the production. Actually they also make a ghost pepper cola as a set recently. Might want to try it out 😅.
If it's too spicy, maybe you could try the Habanero series from the same Mamee company. It's more delicious than the ghost pepper noodle imo.
[Edit] They came out with new ghost pepper series with three new flavours; Indonesian fried noodle, Lontong curry & spicy meat+mushroom.

YB(eeeeee)….. I LOVE spicy foods and I bought these exact noodles because it seemed so spicy to you, and I've seen you DESTROY the try guys on spicy challenges, so I thought these would be really spicy. I had my ice cream and milk ready, but p to me, it wasn't that bad. Did I get a batch??
