- The Presets bring together 2018's 'Feel Alone' with 2004's 'Girl and the Sea' in triple j's Like A Version studio. Like A Version is a segment on Australian radio station triple j. Every week a musician or band comes into the studio to play one of their own songs and cover a song they love.
Since 2004, many artists have participated, including Childish Gambino, Lorde, CHVRCHES, Tame Impala, Tash Sultana, HAIM, Gang of Youths, Halsey, DMA'S, Aurora, Arctic Monkeys. You can watch past sessions here: bit.ly/like_a_v...

One of my favorite things about Hi Viz is it feels like they've gone back to their roots and then brought it all into the future, with everything they've learned, and their evolving styles. It's just The Presets through and through - and I can't think of a better way to underscore that then to pair these two songs. The orgasmic transition is a hallmark of their performances but even beyond that, the relentless beat of "Feel Alone" over the "Girl and the Sea" melody just shows what happens when you meld the old and the new. It's a testament to both. Brilliant.

Amazing transition between the blended songs. Played Girl and the Sea many times when cruising out in the open country here in Aus, perfect Road Trip song for those wide-open spaces.
It would be awesome if The Presets toured Europe one day - Russian fan since 2009 here. After I saw Midnight Juggernauts, Cut Copy, Van She, Tame Impala and some other aussie bands The Presets still left!
