Personally, I would like to ask - 1) How do you handle Sugar rush (too much sweetness)? 2) How do you maintain weight and refrain from other medical issues that arise with consumption of high amount of carbs, sugar etc.? 3) Please share any daily/ weekly/ monthly schedule you follow for fitness.
I just don't understand how this guy can eat so many calories and stay in good shape. Either he fasts and excersizes all day or has a super metabolism or both.
