так чудно бабочкой златой,касаять нежными крылами опахалами,,сердец цветов лишь плавными движениями,испивая аромат лучами и след тихонько оставляя,радуясь;
Расцвечу формы радугой сияющей,касаясь плода,лучистою улыбкой,
солнца,воздух звенит,и слышен трепет крыльев духа,тождественном слиянии с природой, лес очарованный шелестит в ответ листвой ,и в такт качается притворно лишь вздыхая,под нежный звук ручья ,что дерзко убегает вдаль,пологами искрясь на воздухе....и словно туман седой вдруг наплывает волшебный сон и погружается душа ,и тайна раскрывается - ее божественность естества!!!

Where is this coming from? This initiative doesn't seem to be linked to a particular spiritual master, or saint, or tradition. I'm very curious to know who is behind this.
From now on my evenings don't need to be filled with thought anymore. I'm going to try to use the videos for their whole duration = hours on a row of being relaxed and mysteriously joyful = finally enter into real meditation!
