lol, well im a virgo and my fiance is a aquarius. He actually is really sweet, he is a bit quirky but i love it and he does seem to understand me. If he doesnt share my views he does try his best still to support me, never stingy, if anything im that person he always seems to bend to accommodate. Every day he amazes me at how he can communicate with people and accept them as they are when i myself am very shy and like to be alone. I'm a water dominant Aquarius so I attract a lot of passive-aggressive water signs. I have found Virgo's great because they are blunt, honest, and do their own thing, they aren't clingy but when we are together, I get the affection my water self needs. I get the mental stimulation and direct communication I long for in a relationship. Virgo will always be my first choice as long as they don't have any Cancer placements lol
It always gets me when people say Virgos are blunt and honest, they really aren't. They're too passive aggressive to be that blunt lol.
If you really know Virgos, you know that they spend a lot of time rehearsing in their head what they're going to say. Virgo people are not who they appear to be almost ever. They're one of those signs that hide their true selves because they're extremely sensitive and insecure.
There are a few signs I think of when I think of blunt and honest, and Virgo isn't one of them.
It reminds me of how Sag has that same reputation when it's not that Sag is more honest, is that they are impulsive when they give their opinions on things, however if there is something that they don't want to tell you, they give you information on a need to know basis.

Ima just say it depends on the Aquarius but I think this couple is so Karmic that its powerful because both signs will communicate and exemplify some soul redefining truths that the other may need on a deeper level and not know it. Its difficult because Virgo and Aquarius are so different that they're similar. I’m a Virgo and I started dating an Aquarius... let me just say that things did not work out. Me being a Virgo, I showed my controlling and analytical side... I was often finding myself overthinking and dissecting his personality. There was a time where I tried telling him to maybe act differently because he was just being a little distant and I wanted to feel more connected to him. He apologized for being a little distant and so he started being more connected and a little more open, but then one day he stopped talking to me out of nowhere. So I was very confused as to why he stopped texting me (plus he also left me on read) and the next day I got really mad and started saying mean things to him.... he texted back and gave a kinda of a good excuse as to why he didn’t text me that day ... so then I felt bad and I started apologizing and all but he never replied back... he literally disappeared even though I apologized and explained why I acted the way I acted... so I don’t know if he’s giving me the silent treatment or if he’s never going to come back...? I don’t want to text him because I want to give him space but I just feel so stupid for saying those things and being a very annoying Virgo.... ugghhh I really hate being a Virgo.
he provably thought it would be easier to stop texting with you than to give you a long excuse he provably wasn't even sure about. I'm an aqua girl and i can have amazing relationships with people and love talking with them, but sometimes i have to much on my plate i just cut people off for some short amount of time so i can recharge and focus on the moment. you should give him time and space, don't say mean things to him since we aquas find mean people pretty repulsive. just give him a week or so... let him miss you and then send a good morning text or something and see how he starts talking with you again.

that's pretty much all you can do. even if aqua and virgo are in a relationship for 30 years, it's technically an open relationship because neither are ever able to to truly give their heart to each other.
Venus is debilitated in Virgo. Neptune is in detriment in Virgo. Both of the planets of love don't do well in Virgo and that out to tell you something.
While Venus and Neptune do alright in Aquarius, neither Virgo or Aquarius are relationship signs.
If someone has Venus in Aquarius, they'll be detached in their relationships. Juno in Aquarius might make a person want an open relationship.
I've seen Virgo and Aquarius time and time again. But the truth is, Virgo has a mundane approach to their thinking and Aquarius far more expansive in thought, and both will realize at some point that they're not as similar as they initially thought. Sure, both can bond over conversation, their hate for the world, the fact that they're both lonely misunderstood people and both have a God complex, but Aquarius and Virgo go about things COMPLETELY differently.
Virgo has to have structure. Aquarius is meant to break rules.
Virgo is the more accommodating one, but they're also passive aggressive.
Virgo are indeed smart, but they are mundane thinkers with a much narrower field of vision compared to Aquarius. Aquarius is much more expansive in thought and sees the world from a bird's eye view which Virgo is not capable of. Aquarius is likely to get bored over time but isn't likely to express this to Virgo.
So both signs can stay in a relationship with one another for like 30 years and just avoid problems, basically. So there's no real growth. Both signs actually, believe it or not, need water (or someone with significant water in their chart) to help them grow emotionally.
Virgo will make believe they love their Aquarius because Virgo *wants* someone to love, but they are afraid of being in love. So what you find is not a loving a couple. They often stay together until one or both realize there is nothing between them. Otherwise, it becomes a relationship of convenience.
It's not completely unheard of that either the Virgo or the Aquarius will seek outside relations while they are together.
The problem with both Aquarius and Virgo is that they are not relationship signs. And while Aquarius will be able to understand Virgo, Virgo will never truly grasp the mind or personality Aquarius.

Virgo is definitely introverted. They are one of the *most* insecure signs. They are always judging themselves and criticizing themselves. Sure, they might mix with crowds or talk to other people, but you have to understand that interactions between Virgos and others are often rehearsed in Virgo's head first.

i think the "pushing away" might be misunderstood detachment.
i think aquarians always feel misunderstood,because we appear one way but feel another :( its hard to not appear detached...i dont think we have control over it. when we are deliberate about giving affection, it appears false or fake (but we are just trying to be what you want).
