Starting a new career ( while working full time) in order to change my living situation. I'm exhausted but I have to move forward or nothing will change. Waking up at 6am to study, then work 10am til 7pm, then study again... I'm motivated AND conflicted. But I feel this is the right way. Wish me luck 🤞🏻

Trust me when I say I'm exhausted with people not caring to fight the right cause... And today I broke down after pitching the idea trying to get the people at my workplace to talk about the issue and nobody cares or they are just too afraid .. I literally cried for 2 hours straight while working and now I'm going to show my self some love and pick myself up , so that tomoro I can get back into the fight.
And ur right, the universe/god have put something in me and I wish it was money or sparkle stuffs, nope this is some crazy ass shit my heart yearn, one that's going to break me but hopefully heal humanity in a way or whatever is left of it😅

@@goodthinkingtv well if you were genuine with that offer,here goes me not boring your head off 😊, my workplace is quite toxic and I live in a country where culture rules a work environment, so I decided to challenge the system after one year plus working and observing it, I was told to join a team of people whose purpose is to build project for the company and so I pitched - lack of transparency at workplace as my project, now obviously this requires all hands on deck type of project since it involves every department in my workplace, and when I did asked the team out of 20+, only 1 guy was brave enough to join in. 🥴, I literally felt exhausted coz few months before that I was reaching out to my management and telling them about the toxic system they have placed in. All I got was them accusing me of stuffs that I have no contact with and blah blah blah.
And so I decided to put out a survey to the whole organisation, to get data , like about 1 month ago, the survey was detailed to a specific issue, on day off- my company has elected few supervisors to decide who gets the weekend off and who doesn't and I am at the (1 and half weekend off) group. Anyways 300 plus people agreed to the cause and then I found out that few of them was backlashing me, anyways here I am doing my research on lack of transparency in the management system to fight for equal rights, I can't believe I'm saying that 😂
