May all beings benefit and be happy on this most auspicious day of Lhabab Duchen, celebrating the Descent of Buddha from Heaven, one of the four major sacred days of Gautama Shakyamuni Buddha (celebrated in the Tibetan Tradition on November 4, 2023 22nd day of the ninth lunar month). May all beings known peace. May all beings be happy. May all beings have equinimity free of hatred and attachement. Om Muni Muni Mahamuni Shakyamuni Savaha. Maha Vairochana is the Dharma Kaya aspect of Shakyamuni Buddha. May all beins enjoy this video showcasing his Mantra of LIght, which brings peace, compassion and wisdom to all who hear it. Oṃ amogha Vairochana mahāmudra maṇipadma jvāla pravarttaya hūṃ
Amogha - Amoghasiddhi Vairocana - Vairocana Mahamudra - Akshobhya Mani - Ratnasambhava Padma - Amitabha The mantra contains within it the Five Buddhas. It is also associated with Amoghapasha (one of bodhisattva Avalokitesvara's forms) since it was taught in the Amoghapasha-Kalparaja Sutra as the mantra by which all the buddhas consecrated Amoghapasha.
Thank you for your thoughtful coments. I would only slightly expand that association. Those are associations with the Five Buddha Families which include the rest: the Male Buddhas, the Female Buddhas, the wisdoms associated with each family, and the Bodhisattvas. Padma and Mani are the names of the te families of Amitabha (Padma) and Ratnasambhava (Mani or Jewel), etc. I would especially include the Female Buddhas, so Amogha includes Amoghasiddhi and Tara equally, and Thank you again. In kindness, BW.
The Avatamsaka Sutra says: All Buddhas of all times Will fulfill your hopes; You will attend in person The congregations of all Buddhas. Namo Maha Vairocana Buddha 🙏🙏🙏

Was going to quickly check this out and come back later. Ended up completely absorbed and remaining where I am. Could have listened for hours! Longer version at all? 😊
Thank you. Yes, it's a wonderful mantra, full of light and energy. We did record a 108 repetitions version, but it was too long for a video, so we used our 27 repetitions cut. Maybe we will do one a little later.
Totally and utterly beautiful! I heard it as a short earlier today, and have not been able to stop listening! It brings light and love and compassion and peace to the journey! Deepest gratitude!
Still hoping for a longer version - maybe an hour or more. Can put it on loop, but then there's all this ringing and unrelated music at the end. 😪 Pretty please? 🤗
Often Manjushri is recommended, the Bodhisattva embodying the Wisdom of all the Buddhas. His mantra, called the Arapachana are the vowels of the Sanskrit alphabet, but there have been studies on its effectiveness. A guest professor wrote about it on Buddha Weekly's magazine, although it wasn't specific to ADHD. You'll find it here: buddhaweekly.com/cognitive-research-om-ah-ra-pa-cha-na-dhi-manjushris-arapachana-mantra-proven-to-enhance-cognitive-functions-to-a-significant-degree-versus-non-spiritual-tongue-twisters/ He certainly helps with concentration, wisdom, and focus, at least in my experience. We have recorded a beatiful chant of this mantra 108 times here: ua-cam.com/video/8K6fJ5wEt5M/v-deo.html It's a short mantra. I'd recommend at least 21 per day, or 108 if you have 15 minutes. In kindness, BW.

Absolutely. Malas are totally optional. What's important is the mantra. 🙏🙏🙏
