love the setup! thinking of getting these same speakers for my new theater room. what are the dimensions of your room? My home is being built and it would help give me some frame of reference as to how these speakers will look in my space.

@David Mander ok let me re-explain as someone who had 1 sub and then 2 it didn’t make much difference. If you think you have 2 subs and therefore it’s twice as good you are mistaken. Unless you’ve got a proper home cinema setup based on my experience the extra cost for a second sub doesn’t make sense. My setup was very similar to this especially the space .
@@Asif24960 The reasoning for the 2nd sub is to balance the bass from one end of the room to the other. Now some people have 2 different sizes of subs for their setup and crossover them. One 12” for the highs and one 8”-10” sub for the lowers. So yes having 2 subs definitely make a huge difference once they are tuned in right.
@@ayospoons5542 Does it not help having two subs so that they can both be run at half the volume and balance the bass round the room. Instead of running one at more volume

You didn't look up so we could see the two Atmos speakers.
I only have one audio pre-wire'd for the front side speakers. How would I connect these side speakers with integrating upfiring speakers?
Jennifer Lee, Hey you need a Dolby Atmos capable receiver. Upfiring or in-ceiling speakers can be connected to your receiver's HEIGHT channels. With this speakers you need to have channels for the front side speakers and height channels for the upfiring speakers.
@@kevinrod8710 OK, so I will need TWO audio wires for each of two front stand speakers. I only have ONE pre-wired. :( I thought I only see ONE wire in this video.

Hi kevin, nice setup. I also hace the reference line speakers but im still debating if i should change the r34c center chanel for the rp404c or the bigger rp504c im concern about that he can only handle up to 82hz and i have my crossover to 90hz to avoid damaging the speaker but i find that i want more bass from the center chanel specially in movie explosions or gun firing, so im debating to change it for the bigger ones that reach lower to 58hz to pair it with my R820F. I feel the r34c are a little overwelm by the R820f. Plz give me your honest opinion on them and to what crossover you are using the R34c. Plz do more videos specially videos about the R34c.
Hey Thanks, I'm using 80hz for the center speaker, yes you are right with the premier line speaker you can get more bass, overall they are better speakers. You should go with the premier line if you have the money. In my case my room is small and my seating position is about 7 feet from the center speaker so the r34c is working perfect for me. In my opinion cause I'm not an expert, if you have a good sub there is no need to go down less than 60hz on the center speaker.

I’m using Auralex Acoustics Studio Monitor Isolation Pads. I use these to point the speakers up on my listening position. It also help with the vibration against the tv stand.

Badass setup and I like the collection. Costco has an insane bundle price for the R-625A Pair with a Center channel and two rear surround sound speakers. Myself I have Definitive Technology in both the Master & Living Room BP7002's with Center and Studio Monitor Surrounds......luckily they still kick. That said recently I purchased a pair of Klipsch outdoor speakers the KHO-7 and was pleasantly surprised same with Work Office upgraded to their ProMedia 2.1 THX Computer speakers......very nice indeed. If my Definitive Speakers ever go out in Living Room or Master I will be purchasing Klipsch for replacements.

Hello @KevinRod, this is an amazing set up you have! How are the R-625FA speakers in your opinion? I am currently in the process of upgrading my home theater speakers little by little and I was wondering if these Klipsch atmos speakers would be a huge upgrade over my crappy atmos one. I Have the Onkyo HTS-7700 dolby atmos speakers, but so far I have upgraded the receiver to a Pioneer Elite VSX Lx103 (for the dolby vision and because my onkyo kept cutting in and out). The second upgrade I did was I upgraded the center speaker to the Klipsch RC-62 II and my system already sounds loads better than before.
Would you recommend the Klipsch R-625FA Atmos speakers to replace my current onkyo atmos front/height speakers? And would you by any chance happen to know if my Receiver would be strong enough to power them?

Hey, Thanks! I will say yes, if you have the budget go for it. Just one R-625FA cost around $499.00 ($998 for two speakers) and the 120SW subwoofer cost around $350.00. So I will say is a good deal. I'm using the R-51M bookshelf speakers for surround. The power handling for the R-51M is a little bit better but not that much of a difference. You will not notice the difference between the 51M and the 41M.

What kind of speaker stands you are uisng for book shelves speakers (surround speakers). I am trying to set this system in my 14ft x 16 ft room. For me the distance betwen couch and TV is 12fts.
@@injrav7160 Hey my seating position is about 7 feet from the center speaker and about 9 feet from the TV. The stands that I'm using for the surround speakers are the Atlantic Bookshelf 30" from Amazon.

How do you like the sub, I am hearing it better to go with a slightly higher end sub that can handle as low as 23 hz.
Im about to get the 5.1.2 of this set up, and maybe possibly considering either a 5.2.2 or a 5.1.2 with a better sub.

hello. great setup :) Just wondering if you had to power the rear speakers or are you just running straight off of speaker wire ?? I just purchased a set of R-41M speakers and am I going to use them as my rears in a 5.1 set up . I wont be needing the blue tooth or any of the other options so I would rather not power them if I don't have to. thanks

I was just thinking I bet a 15" in the left rear corner 180 out of phase would shake the room really well.

Kamil D hey, thank you!. The glass display is the DETOLF Glass door cabinet from IKEA ($60.00) and the stands are the Atlantic Speaker stand from amazon ($45.00/pair).

@@shedrickjohnson789 I would recommend any 7.2 or 9.2 channel receiver from any Japanese company like Yamaha, Denon or Marantz. Even if you have a 5.1 setup I would recommend you to have more channels available in your receiver just in case you want to add more speakers later. But It's hard to say without knowing your budget. A good receiver it can cost you anywhere from $500+.

I have a question and hopefully someone can help. So I’m new to this whole Home theater thing and I have an 9.2 onkyo receiver and have a 5.2.4 setup and would like to add 2 more ceiling speakers but ran out of channels. Can I buy an external amp and some how connect it to my receiver to add to more channels is my question? Or do I just need to buy an 11 channel receiver? Thanks in advance
You'll need a new av receiver but I don't think you can even do 5.2.6 in the home, an 11.2 amp just gives you 7.2.4 as a setup I dont think they do 5.2.6. Normally adding an external amp gives you a couple of horizonal channels, so your 5.2.4 setup becomes 7.2.4

NewYorkBlack It really works. They create a sense of being in the movie. But you need a flat ceiling for this type of speakers, also the ideal ceiling height should be anywhere from 7 to 14 feet. Dolby recommends at least 4 speaker but it all depends how big is your room.
