Hi mate.This particular pump runs 4 bar only . Porsche manual says nominal preasure required is 5bar plus. Hows your fuel economy due to lower preasure ?
Hi Aidas, thanks for the comment. So interesting topic. Certain manuals suggest slightly different pressures that said the pump I installed is a commonly used pump across many of the period porsches. I havent had any issues in terms of fuelling since the install and fuel economy is still on point. Are you about to install and new pump and if so which one are you looking at? 👍
@@Witty924 Yes I have been running with generic pump for a while,but currently waiting for 6 bar pump to swap.I dont like injector spray patern seems like not enough preasure .Ordered couple new injectors still same . Will see once new pump fitted. It would be nice topic on your videos fuel preasure test procedures.

I'm pretty sure that plastic pipe add on is a one way valve. It stops the fuel running backwards when you stop.
Do you have any hot starting problems?
