I think you forgot one obvious kill --- using one of the 3 extra bombs on the car and blowing up two targets simultaneously similar to the sub kill. Anyway, I don't know why Hitman fans downvote this level so much. This is the most script heavy level in any Hitman game before Hitman 2016 not in sheer density and depth, but in visual representation to the casual players. It's Uwa Tribe taken to extreme. Why? Cause you can find a lot of unused scripts and dialogues that supposed to make guards pick idol and bring it to the bridge, also they had full path for escaping indian, which included interactions with NPCs and first ever real "missing guard" checking mechanics to the 4 man patrols. (similar to Desperados Wanted Dead or Alive)
Whenever I had to kill Commander Bjarkhov I needed to learn how to get the timing for the fiberwire right because I kept messing it up even in Blood Money. Same problem with Fuchs, if I accidentally stood up and didn’t crouch and strangle him, my cover would get blown.
I also tried to kill Fabian Fuchs with the wagon he takes to meet Sergei but it didn't work :/ .I knocked him out and dragged him to the rails but when I runned the wagon it just passed through him so I was kinda mad .I tried to do the same on other NPCs and it actually killed them (the wagon also kills 47). The developers probably made an exception for Fabian so that he doesn't die accidently while using the wagon

I always enjoyed this game the levels were always dark snowy or raining the whole game had a very dark vibe which I loved
To be honest I love the game but I also love this episode lol

10 way - explode the car with fuchs and bjarkov. 3 additional bombs are in the 1st room of the ship
