I was in a relationship for 5 years, I forgot about God I forgot about myself, I felt so depressed, I was toxic but finally I got out from the unpeaceful relationship ( it was my fault) the break up saved me from the pit of destruction. I now find my peace and security in Christ alone.

I have been experiencing health anxiety for the past 3 years. As I try to get closer to God, I am faced with challenges and temptations which pushes me back to the walls. As Paul wrote in Romans 7: I don't really understand myself, for I want to do what is right, but I don't do it. Instead, I do what I hate. Oh, what a miserable person I am! Who will free me from this life that is dominated by sin and death? Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord. So you see how it is: In my mind I really want to obey God's law, but because of my sinful nature I am slave to sin.

Ako po Pastor Bong, dumarans ng matinding Panic attack at depression, punung-puno po ako ng takot dahil isa po akong kidney recipient. Na kidney transplant po ako for the 2nd time last 15 December 2021. Worried na worried po akong masira ang kidney binigay ng Diyos dahil nagka UTI po ako at yung antibiotic for treating UTI n CIPROFLOXACIN ang syang ngpapakirot at nagpapa concentrate sa ihi ko. Natatakot po ako Pastor Bong na masira ang kidney transplant ng dahil Ciprofloxacin para sa UTI. 😔😔😔
