The girls are always exposed to a range of quality foods and are given the opportunity to like, not like and kinda like. They are so comfortable about food and seem to more often like the healthy options. Absolutely love their mmm reaction to enjoying certain flavours. Mum and dad are doing a brilliant job.

Alicia, we've grown eggplants for years for my Italian mom to make eggplant parmesian. She always wanted me to pick them smaller because they are not so seedy inside and they are much sweeter when small. She also always peeled them before frying. The skin gets very chewy once fried and they are easier to eat without the skin. Oh, and slice them a little thinner. Just some suggestions from an eggplant lover. Keep up all that great fresh foods for those sweet girls! ❤

I also want to thank you for sharing the details of the trays the girls used to make their plate faces. My grandchildren will be here for a week of Camp Oma soon, and the trays are perfect. They live near me and visit a good bit, but they have outgrown some of the “tools” we have always used. I know we will enjoy these new ones, and they should arrive before the children. The girls represent Jersey corn the best! They are so cute enjoying their corn off the cob. Glad they like summer squash and eggplant. They are my favorites! It all looks so delicious !
