- Hello Friends! Today I am looking to use up some of my single sided 6x6 paper pads! We all have them. We are hoarding these pretty papers and here is a few projects we can do to use them up!

It’s nice to see a creator working with actual scrapbook paper and not digitals because I do not use digitals. I spend a lot of money on prima and other scrapbook paper because I prefer it. Yet when I come on here to find tutorials, it’s always, “use our digitals to make this project!” No, thank you! I don’t like your digitals! So thank you for this tutorial.
I have a ton of scrapbook paper that I need to use! lol! I think of papers much like any medium. People will have their preference on what they like to work with. I must admit I do love working with digitals too (especially if they are free). There are so many talented digital creators. Just know that you can do pretty much any project with either scrapbook paper or digitals, whatever your heart feels that day! 😉

I agree. I do like the digital kits as there are some spectacular images with such vibrant colors, etc. However, I do not have a fancy printer and I'm wondering if the digital kits would suck up the colored ink really fast? And ink is pricey.
@barbarawillobee5706 yes, depending on your printer it could be pricey for sure! I just found out my printer is not compatible with my new computer….and this girl is not ready for another pricey purchase!
@@barbarawillobee5706 yes they would. By the time you printed all the digitals to make a kit, you’re out of ink! I’d rather spend that money on actual scrapbook paper.

I also don't use a lot of digitals...they are pretty, but I love scrapbook paper--and since I've been scrapbooking for YEARS, I have TONS of beautiful paper pieces I've collected over the years.

Wow, so glad I just ran across your channel.
I have some 6x6 paper that I wanted to make pockets with for a travelers notebook I'm working on.
I made the second pocket and it turned out wonderful.
I really love the first pocket but need to find some thinner paper to go with the journal. All my 6x6 papers are cardstock.
Will definitely put these in my idea journal for future use.
I've subscribed so I can see your next projects using these 6x6 papers.

Thank you and welcome to my channel! Oh that container has been around for years!! Honesty, I don’t remember but you can find something equivalent likely at Walmart or a hardware store (probably cheaper at the hardware store). It has dividers….I will try to remember to show the whole thing in one of my videos.😉

Would it be easier to put tabs on before gluing or sewing down the edges?
In hindsight! Absolutely! lol! I like to give myself a challenge though!😂😂
Are you using some kind of locking tweezers?
They are reversible tweezers. Love them so much I have a couple pairs! I think I got mine at the dollar store so you don’t need to spend much…but so worth it!😉
I have seen this a few weeks ago by Joyce Tresoor.
I am not sure I seen hers yet. What’s her channel? I know that these have been around for years. I think Julie from CCD once did these too. I love seeing how other people make them and how they turn out with different papers!
