I think 1602 Wanda Merlin should be higher than kahhori in this list . Remember in multiverse of madness Wanda needed america Chavez powers to open multiverse portals but this 1602 Wanda opened multiverse portal spontaneously while recruiting captain Carter .even watcher was shocked. I guess she is powerful than mom Wanda too . Definitely she is multiversal character . I think she is powerful than celestial starlord too, he couldnt face thor but she holded incursion with one hand and stopped thor with another hand

If you observe he can also fight with Ultron with strange but he don't because he knows future. And watcher doesn't care if universes dies because he sees universe dies regularly. And he also knows that strange will be defeated but strange don't know that even he has time stone. And last thing is strange was not full potential 💀 he dint read every magical book.
