Hi, what if scooter is not visible now in afd portal but was visible before. I have availability certificate from showroom but now only 20 scooters are visible in afd and the one I needed isn't.
If it's not visible in afd portal then you can't purchase it, but if the scooter is visible and the variant that you want is not there then you can talk to the showroom and buy the variant that you see fit for you. Showroom dealer will give you any variant of the scooter and will charge you for the price difference of variants.

1) Can a son/daughter of the Ex-Servicemen collect the purchase order from the AFD Section in Canteen or the Ex-Servicemen himself has to go with all the documents.
2) Do we have to visit the the same canteen as mentioned while booking at CSD Portal.
3) What documents are needed while collecting Purchase order.
4) Do we also need to submit any copies of the original documents while collecting purchase order.

Variant aap koi sa bhi choose kar sakte ho, fir dealer ke pas jaakar jo bhi variant chahiye uske paise dealer ko extra deke aap wo variant le sakte hain. Ek bar dealer se availability certificate ke liye jab baat karoge to variant wali baat bhi kar lena. Mera dealer flexible tha variant ko leke to shayad sab dealers aisa kar lenge bt tab bhi ek bar puch lena.

Scooty dealer se milegi. And dealer he RC, Insurance banwa ke dega. Usi ke paise lega dealer aapse. Exshowroom price aap csd ki website par de doge. Fir jo on road tak price padta hai, wo aapse dealer lega and ye sare kaam wohi karwake dega. RC aane me time lagta hai 10-15 din ka .
