What the timer do is simply to allow you go do other things while watching for example you are cooking and you chose to watch at same time, just put the cloths and turn the timer from 1-15 or what ever number yours have, so that 1-15 is about minutes to be spinning while you go cook so when it get to that 15mt if you want to run it again you can if no you move the cloths to the drying side and do same thing, so that timing intervals will allow you do other things till it stop.

My Air-dry doesn't dry after spinning up to 5 minutes I will still use hand to squeeze alot of water from the cloth. And this is exactly my type of watching me.
First, I dnt have any other space to put the watching machine so I dedicated one toilet to watching room, I just got to the house newly and not Much space, so I had to improvise to fit in, and it worked well.

Please is there limit to where the water will stop when youre pouring it into the machine
Just allow the water to be above the cloths so it can spine well/properly.
can you use it without a tap by pouring the water inside directly
Of cause you can do it anywhere you want I only brought out one way out of many ways you can do that.

Any type of detergent can be used ?
