I love how Bren introduces Sean to lowkey make Ste jealous, and it is working. You can see Ste almost disappointed when Sean puts his hands on Bren's thighs, especially since Ste always got a beating simply for standing too close to Brendan. And the way Brendan seemed so uncomfortable with that just shows that he really isn't for public affection unless it's with Steven. "you're so weak, Steven" I absolutely hate that! the physical abuse is more than enough, he doesn't need to keep making Ste feel more self-conscious about himself than he already does. It's more than obvious that Ste has always had issues with confidence and how he sees himself. For Bren to feed off that to his own needs is so manipulative, but it also shows how much he really knows Ste, and knows exactly which buttons to push to get what he wants Then Bren goes saying stuff like "Don't leave cause of me, I ain't worth it," and I go back to loving him even more, because despite wanting Steven with everything he has, Bren doesn't think he's good enough for him. Great acting on both sides. Love the chemistry and the plot between these two!!
Sean's good looking! Ste looks gorgeous as usual, and I'm laughing Noah is so ridiculous, he gets swayed all that quickly? Pathetic. I hope this is the end of Ste and Noah, now.

I think Noah cheated again because he knew it would end it. Some part of him wanted out of this mess with Brendan and Ste. Noah knew that Ste's heart was with Brendan. It was only a matter of time before Ste went back to Brendan. The beatings have to stop. No one deserves to be beat. Brendan needs to leave the room when the angry comes. I mean he's not even classically handsome but there's something very striking about him. And that thick brogue...Devastating combination. He's like a shorter version of Ian Nelson. The resemblance is uncanny. I'm sorry to see Ste hurting yet again but if it's that easy for Noah to be talked into cheating, AGAIN, then it was probably only a matter of time before he did it on his own. Maybe, like has been pointed out by many others, his subconscious saw it as a way out. He doesn't seem ready to put down roots, other than having a live-in boyfriend, and Ste is someone who has a lot of attachments and responsibilities to others. It would've never worked out. Bren may be a bastard but he only sped up the inevitable.
Noah knew he couldn't come between Steven and Brendan. Steven knows he is still in love with Brendan and well Brendan is a sociopath but his love for Steven is one of his few geniune emotions.
@topsyturvy06 I do think subconsciously Noah didn't want to be tied down with Ste's family either in Newcastle & all the history with Brendan. So he cheated so he would be free of all that, Noah is a young guy who just wanted to enjoy life. But with Ste there just came a lot of baggage that I don't think Noah really wanted to deal with, so he took the easy out. That and Noah came across as the guy who wanted to spread the Noah love around as much as possible.
Ok this is funny about that nice yellow plaid shirt of Steven's First Brendan makes fun of him wearing it. he says "its fine for crossing the street at night" now Noah makes a crack about it. Guys, a word of advice- its not what he wears that matters just love him for who he is. if you love and respect him lay off about the wardrobe choices.he likes it.
Ha ha. That was more than just a bit ludicrous. I have been dipping in and out of the story since HO started airing over here a couple of months ago - just as I was falling in love with BB. Seems he started out a menacing baddie, then became a bit of a comedy rouge then a tragic anti hero. The storyline is all confused for me but you know what ? I just LOVE him no matter what his persona
