Thank you for these videos, we just started with these plays at practice today and they are simple yet effective. We coach 4th grade girls flag football and they took to these plays easily and it's going to help our offense out immensely! Great job on the plays and video, thanks again!
Do you think this would work for a 7-9 age group. I have kids who can't hold on to the ball or sell the fake. i tried everything. we are currently 0-2 with a upcoming game this Saturday. I need all the help i can get.

U need to have your QB fake to number 3. I have all RB and QB fake run or pass. Every play

Not sure if you're still coaching bro but as far as selling the fake we have the QB keep it simple with a hold out and pull back on the ball
