You know before Chadwick Boseman passed I imagined for the original Black Panther Sequel where he and Namor were about to clash on the beach with the waves crashing in the background.
I think while the original black panther never got to fight namor, eventually, t'challa jr. is going to take the throne and fight namor himself in the future.
Susan Storm-Richards: For the gazillionth time, I am not interested in you, you aquatic numbskull brat! Reed Richards: Come one inch near my wife and I'll constrict you like an anaconda.
You know growing up I have always been confused over Namors as a character I am a younger guy so I read over some of his history, This game mentions the Invaders it was a team made in the freaking 60s where it was WW2 Cap n Bucky with other super heroes fighting the Axis in WW2 (we are then ignoring that right before WW2 Namor would sometimes attack America even threating to sink parts of New York), gained PTSD from WW2 and apparently Professor X might have been the cause of him being so strange in sometimes being a full hero but next week hes gonna sink America. I do not hate his character but he feels like one of those characters from the 50s that just struggles to find a seat in the modern day. He’s definitely a cooler aqua man but still feels so wasted.
I don't necessarily think he struggles to find a place, his medium rights were a mess for so many years hence why he rarely appeared in games and movies for decades. Namor's always been an anti-hero since the 40s but the reasons why since he returned in FF has varied over the years. I think back then it was just general amnesia causing him to forget his WW2 memories and feeling bitter against the land for testing nuclear weapons in the oceans. The thing with Professor X was a very recent story.
@nikhilcruz He's a guy who works for his best interests basically. If it benefits him to work with the fantastic four? He'll do it. If it benefits him teaming up with Magneto against mankind? He'll do it
@@nikhilcruzI think in general a lot of heroes don't trust or even like him much, however it can't be ignored how dangerous he could be if he was an enemy, so it's better to try and get him to be on their side even if it's temporary.
@nikhilcruz you actually make a good point lol. Sometimes, comics do tend to make some disorienting decisions in the interest of cool scenarios. Like Namor teaming up with Hulk and Dr Strange is too cool to not happen even though it doesn't really make sense. Same with Namor joining the X-men
Even Jeff hates Namor And while in 1610 Namor abandoned his plan to flood surface to kissing Sue(future Kang) with Reed ( future The Maker) stopped by Johnny and Ben Then Magneto ruined it all by flooding the world in Ultimatum Truly the WORST
I'm actually curious from his luna interaction, is it ever stated where that piece of talokan he surfaced is? Or is it just near puerto rico where the rest of talokan is.

I was surprised that he has some very genuinely pleasant interactions with people. Not a fan of them changing his name's pronunciation (but somehow a few like Cap still pronounce it the classic way?) but it's better than changing him completely like the MCU did. It's extremely unlikely but it sure would be nice if he got some classic looks like he had in Super War.
It's fairly MCU inspired given the accent and his home's name being changed. Honestly I'm more than willing to embrace the change as long as he still has most of Namor's old quirks and personality, which they did a fairly good job all thing's considered.
Magneto snapping back at Namor for instigating another war despite witnessing the horrors of the past is nice to see.
Good to know Magneto still has some humanity in him
While amicability is there to some extent, overall everybody's mostly just done with Namor's shit.
It's just that everyone still has him in their sights because at any moment he will sink the planet if he has the opportunity.
And hes just an a hole lol@@monzy26
Namor borderline is like Doom, the only thing that holds him back is that he tends to just care for Atlantis and nobody else.
I find it adorable how ready Namor is to welcome Jeff to his side

i love that Namur feels so different to aqua man,
They aren’t similar at all.

Bfo I just search for this nun, watch a few of these vids after that I check and you drop? Appreciate it king
When namor discovers that Hulk can breath underwater 💀💀💀💀💀
I can’t tell if Namor is a hero or villain. Heck, I can’t even tell if he’s an Anti-Hero.
Yeah, same here. As far as he’s concerned, Namor only trusts himself, So I’d say he’s neutral.

This is heavily influenced by the MCU, more so than the comics. The fact that he said Talokan and not Atlantis when he mentions his home is telling

He is a amalgama of both versions he still fought along side the Invaders in WWII and was a Defender in modern times a@@aaroncastaneda677
Its funny his MCU Skin looks amazing becasue the model in game has a 6 pack while the actor in BP2 was skinny fat and weird looking
