I'm pretty sure the person who they were talking to was cosplaying Dante, the main character for a video game that P.M. Seymour (a ytber I watch) voiced. And I think that the person who yelled that was possibly one of the game's villains and he says this line.
I only really recognized the name and that the cosplay resembled the character the ytber said they voiced, so I'm not sure.

Nuke Corp in all 5 main games it’s is brother whereas in the remake their twins who were separated but sometimes it’s kinda hard to tell

Agape42 the character shouting appears to either be Nero ( one of the main characters for the 4th and 5th games ) or Vergil
Vergil being his brother ( and an enemy in the 5th game )
And Nero is Dante’s nephew / Vergil’s son
