*Stephanie's Sincerity* There’s an inherent contradiction in Stephanie & Brooke’s deal - if the motivation/reward is Brooke’s stock, how can Stephanie’s acceptance of her ever be genuine? Isn’t she just buying her way into the family? But I like how the show solves that by having Stephanie reframe it as, “Brooke giving back her stock is such a generous gesture that I would have to reconsider my opinion of her as an opportunist and a gold-digger.” In essence, Stephanie is saying that Brooke isn’t _buying_ her acceptance, she’s _earning_ it by disproving Stephanie’s low opinion of her. It’s a neat way to make the deal cleaner, and to assure the viewer that Stephanie is also sincere in her end of the bargain. She’s not intending to double-cross Brooke once the stock is transferred. And indeed the reason she and Brooke don’t reconcile their differences is because Brooke reneges on the deal and thus “confirms” Stephanie’s prior opinion of her. I also like how Eric connects Stephanie’s reappraisal of Brooke to his reappraisal of Sheila (7:23). It once again highlights that Brooke and Sheila are character foils whose storylines have followed similar trajectories (see episodes 1921 and 1961)
Great point! It is also interesting that this is a way to make _Stephanie's_ part of the deal cleaner, but _not Brooke's._ Brooke is still using her stock as a bargaining chip (which is very different from if Brooke had simply given back the stock with no strings attached).
@@NewYorkNick0607I call it, *Steph's Sincerity vs Brooke's Insincerity* Steph is actually acting on what she says she will do.. Which is, make an effort to accept Brooke. I love Sally's expressions, like when she says "cut to the snapper!" or "are you posing for holy pictures?" 😂

I wonder if any of these expressions are actually written in the script? I feel Sally makes these up on the fly! 😂
@@TriniT21 I have been wondering about that too.
Her expressions are so refreshing and original it makes her character unique and exceptional. 😃😀
Ridge was kissing on Brooke in the lab and caused her backside to press against the klimatron machine. No Brooke has Never tried to kill Ridge.
This is an accident, who said Brooke tried to kill Ridge?
Good color on Susan

Is SLY the one sending the notes?
No it's Anthony
Glad to see Sly.😊
The first B&B episode I remember seeing as a child. I remember my older brother telling me the blood on Ridge’s face at the end is ketchup, so it wouldn’t be too shocking😅
Though it was a couple years later that I actively began to watch the show.
🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹 Sally's efforts to insert herself into the Forrester family has paid off through Macy and Thorne's union.

Eric wonders why Stephanie is suddenly giving Brooke a second chance, apparently forgetting his recent discussion with Stephanie in which he strongly encourages her to do exactly that.
Sly Donovan again? 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Eric is unbelievably lucky to have been married to two of the most romantic and gorgeous women in the world : Brooke Logan and Sheila Carter! It's really hard to top that!
After he will a long affaire with Lauren Fenmore ( 96-97 ) and then Donna , Jacky and Quinn
I think that Maggie Forestter is about to join to B&B very soon ❤
Am i wrong ? ...
You are not wrong! Her and sheila will duke it out
Soon
Look at the bright side Brooke..If Ridge died. YOU would be a wealthy woman !!😂😂
I can't believe Sly is still around while Prince Omar is ignored! Brad is literally destroying B&B!
