Read the instructions for the medicine and thought "surely there is no way I can mess this up." None-the-less my doctor's office wanted me to come in for instruction on how to do it, but I was going to have to wait 6 weeks! Was going to just do it on my own but watched this video just to make sure. It really is as easy as it sounds. Thanks for the video. Now I just have to hope the medicine works.

I wish I would’ve watched this before getting my first injection. I was ready for the initial punch but not holding and waiting for the click. First time it felt like it took 10-15 seconds. It shocking when you’ve never had to do anything like it before and it hurts some but I’m hoping it’s all worth it. Just started yesterday.
Thank you , this is very helpful. One question. I just stopped Humira 2 weeks ago. Normally I use a gel ice pack on my belly while the auto inject is coming to room temp. Is that okay with Talz? It seemed to help with Humira though it may be part of the ritual that is calming!
