      Thanks so much for your feedback - so pleased to learn you were able to get some new found knowledge from watching these TRX tricep exercises, there's just so many ways. Keep pumping them triceps using different grips, and joint actions. Cheers!

      Absolutely - no need to drag heavy kettle bells and Dumbbells around when you have the gym in the bag.

      Great thing to keep with you all the time. My TRX and flat hooped resistance bands are always first things packed.

      +Daniel Cohen Set straps full length - Try a split/staggered stance. bring hands to side of hips, push hips through at end range of motion. come back and let me know if this helps. Thanks for your interest here!

    HI, I just realized that I haven't watched your video's in a while, sorry. I can't believe that its really been 4 years!. Anyways, I hope things are going good for you. I'm still training, using mostly suspension with some resistance bands. All the best, your friend Joel

    Hi, i always go to your video's to get new ideas for my workouts. I'm just wondering whether you prefer the prone or supine grip on the kickbacks? I'm trying something new with the TRX. I go by time, rather than number of reps. You really get a pump. Anyways, I'm sure you now have plenty of snow there in Calcary. Happy Holidays, Joel

      Joel - Thanks for watching my videos here. My answer to your question is to do both, instead of one or the other. that way you will activate two different patterns of muscle fibres instead of one. Ive actually got another tricep kickback variation for you to see, il upload it this month. Happy Christmas.

    • @Optimumhealthandfitness
      @Optimumhealthandfitness  8 років тому

      I don't have a preference to either grip option. i just to both to maximize results!

    Great video, beginners in the trx can do the triceps kickback?

    • @Optimumhealthandfitness
      @Optimumhealthandfitness  7 років тому

      Silas Teixeira Yes Silas, absolutely, difficulty can be modified. Move towards the anchor point to increase difficulty, and away to make it easier. Thanks!
