alternatively they could stop laying off employees from the creative dept to have more people working on champion updates, making it more efficient. also tieing reworks with season themes is stupid, because the most popular regions will be the first ones used, and the popular regions usually have popular champions that are mostly up to date. this is just fake excuses to not put effort into the champs that really need it because they know it won't be profitable
