You are correct. Years ago I taught a technical math course at a community college. As I talked with the students it became clear to me that most them did not know or understand the language, the words of math. I taught them the words and watched the lights come on.
This video was very good. No really fast talking without pausing after a sentence. Far too many of those elsewhere. Thanks for giving us time to digest. Studying Electrical Engineering back in the latter 60s meant from lectures, notes, text books, discussions. You would read a part chapter many times, learning incrementally. Context was import, sequence was important. Many UA-camrs seem to just want to show how smart they are. Thanks for your work, it’s helpful.

The real problem with Video Shooting and MORE SO Video Editing is People try to be PRODUCTIVE with out doing the hard work to learn the CRAFT from the Bottom up. On several Davinci DISCORDS I frequent people ask the same BASIC Questions over & over. WHY, Because the just don't know or don't care enough to even learn the BASICS of the Craft. Case in point there are (Your self included) Making at least a Partial living Explaining PEACE MEAL different aspects of the Video Editing Process. If people would take a week or two and complete the BMD Davinci Resolve courses they would be so much less FRUSTRATED & have a better understanding of the whole Process of Making Better Video. It's not for every one but with some effort it can become a good form of communication too.
Where's the Dictionary??? Adobe Premiere Before it was (PRO) the CS Series you could go to the help section where you could put is a word (Phrase) and the Dictionary would Jump to an explanation and often had Examples of how it was applied or how it worked. Because ADOBIE Quit the HELP files I quit giving them $500+ a year. Then along came BMD DaVinci Resolve 4 years ago now. What is really needed (Especially for Beginners) is when one hovers the Curser over an Icon oe menu item and it pops up the NAME then by pressing say the F1 key it would open the DaVinci Manuel to the Page with the explanation of sait Icon or Menu Item.
Want to be a millionaire develop a Dictionary That is interactive with DaVinci Resolve that explains Icons and Menu Items and how they are used (Understandable by Beginners) and sell it for a Buck or two.
Again WHERE'S the Frikk'n DICTONARY of Video? You can't find the MEANING of something without the Dictionary. BMD's DaVinci Resolve Reference Manual (in the HELP section) top line of the Davinci interface. is a good REFERANCE manual if one already understands DaVinci Resolve. To be a GOOD MANUAL it would have more Illustrations. You can't possibly understand something the say as a beginner width PICTUERS & ILLUSTRATIONS.

Like to see that.
