Hello, what size of the Allen key is needed to screw the mounting plate?
Struggling with calibration. Ours is lift up handle type. So lift up, engages multi lock, turn key to lock. To open the door, turn the key to disengage multi lock, push the handle down to "unlock" multi point lock and turn the key to retract the latch. The door handles ie outside and inside are not interconnected so the outside handle won't operate the latch. It'll only unlock the multi point lock if push down or lock the door by pulling up. Only way I made half working is to push the outside handle down when linus is turning to 1st unlock position of calibration (which disengages the multi point lock) and the latch will retract fully to open the door. Problem is it's within few seconds and if mistimed, then error door is jam something comes up. Definitely not practical so currently back to manual key and thinking of putting it for sale. What I don't understand is do I need to calibrate without lifting up the handle or without engaging multi point lock? Or is it simply the case of incompatibility?
Works perfectly from inside as the door handle can operate the latch. Since the outside handle dont control latch, only thing pushing down does is disengages the multi lock.

Does this lock work with Yale key tags?
Doorsense is not working i did evwrything re install re calibrate batteries removed etc. But not working. Also when i open door it is not sending msg to my phone. What must i do?

When key is used, the lock uses ability to be opened outside. This is, I believe dangerous.
No its not. Thats why there is needed insert with clutch so You can also use regular key from the outside
Just bought Yale Conexis L1 Smart Door Lock and gonna to say I am VERY disappointed - installation manual is useless, app on Android is rubbish, app on iOS is much better and stable but still it would be rocky way for not technical person, I am an electrical engineer in service over 20 years and it was a challange for me to install it. And you released another Smart Door Lock when you didn't fix LOADS of issues on your previous product. Ridicules strategy!
