First run I had people drop and we didn't even make it past 1st boss. Was in a party of pure DPS and one Healer. Second run I went as Tank and got a regular 2 tank 2 healer 4 dps party and we managed a clear. Lost about 20k mettle between the two runs. I think this could have been a really fun raid if they had put it in the duty finder and had you auto matched with a normal 24 man party. Also if you didn't loose mettle. The mechanics, while fun, are EXTREMLY punishing when you are first learning. Two hits and you get a 2 second doom. Also with all the movement in the fight the last boss took 20mins to kill, or it felt that way at least. I think this could have been a really fun 24 man alliance fight that could have been in the duty finder so you could put it in the Alliance Raid Roulette to keep it alive, but as it is now I don't think I'll ever run it again unless I absolutely have to for the relic at some point.

Thanks Happy! I ate dirt to so many things I didn't notice the first time when running blind. I mean, that was fun, but it's also nice to understand the mechanics too ;). Great guide.
I went in blind last night but I ended being really annoyed towards the end of this place because of my constant deaths to just random things. My biggest frustration was the doom punishment you got when you'd get hit twice by whatever. I wasn't prepared for that honestly. I can see why this is fun for some people but for me, it wasn't. Just my two cents though. More power to those who enjoy this content going forward. Losing so much mettle doesn't feel good, especially when you can't get it back after the run is over. It's partially the reason why I only did CLL once back in October.

Rewatch that section again. It is a very easy mechanic so don't overthink it. When the boss gives you your temperature you will have either Fire or Ice to start with. You need to look at the orbs in the 4 corners, as they will have temperatures on them. If your temp is 1 bar of Ice, to regulate it you need to get hit by an orb that has 1 bar of Fire (basically get hit by the opposite element that has the same number of bars filled that you have on your temp). Same thing for the Ice and Fire Spears. They will telegraph a path on the ground showing where they will travel to when cast. You need to stand at the end of the path and get by the opposite element of your temp to regulate. It's easy.
First find the orb with eye symbol. Look away from it while finding a safe spot in the criss-cross aoe and away from the flower. After the criss-cross goes off, the flower aoe will grow. If you're already a good distance away from it, you should be able to avoid it. It's one of those mechanics that's easy to dodge once you know the order in which the aoes goes off.
@@hydrangeandarkknight6218 I’ve been able to dodge it a few times, but I sometimes still get clipped by the flower just because I have a hard time anticipating/guessing where it will spawn.

I really really suck at this... but hopefully after watching this I can be better. But I usually only got bronze coins cause I failed the mechs few too many times.
Bozja content automatically syncs everyone to ilvl 430. You can literally equip one piece of gear, be naked, and you’ll still be 430. It’s actually better for whm and blm to equip 1h and shield so they get some block rate.

Hey Happy you can leaves raid with no penalty and join party if patty you join no heal or tank &dps. or ppl no use heal roll action to help mach boss
That was fast!
I was an astro and got another Astro, a WHM and RDM lol if anyone died, instant heal. We all died a total of.. 3 times? Because of constant heals 😂 it did take freaking 80 minutes to complete
Yes
I really really suck at this... but hopefully after watching this I can be better. But I usually only got bronze coins cause I failed the mechs few too many times.
Is there a guide for savage and what lost actions do i need for the savage one as tank? Can someone help me out please ?^^
There should be videos. It comes up in my search when I searched for normal.
Du, duha, duha mist
This or palace of the dead friends?
wait are you using a 1h and shield on a whm?! o.O where did you find one viable at 80?!??!!?!?!?
Bozja content automatically syncs everyone to ilvl 430. You can literally equip one piece of gear, be naked, and you’ll still be 430. It’s actually better for whm and blm to equip 1h and shield so they get some block rate.
Wait this is just a normal raid????
Bozja raids are really difficult.
@@benlev3375 They're really not all that hard, and I don't get why people perpetuate this. I remember going into Castrum with people saying "omg it's super hard it's like a savage raid" and it was nowhere near that hard.
@@JJMomoida honestly, they aren't hard just very punishing
@@JJMomoida we did Lyon earlier in the group I ran with. I got tripped up once, but honestly no, it's not bad.
I think too many people just aren't used to content that requires them to know their class and pay attention.
@@themadhatter9358 the first raid is not that hard. This one on the other hand way too many new moves and being so cryptic. Most took some time to know but til I watch this video I have no clue on how you avoid the bombs.
SE needs to change this raid and incentivise people to do it
FF14 seems like a game for smart people I don't have enough brain power for this mechanic bs.
Never mind. I just completed this dungeon for the 1st time as SMN with zero death. I'm not so dumb after all. Your guide saved my life.
Its 2 stacks and you die. Not 3
I got 19 silver on my first run with a field notes
I think you might missed a chest, I got 20.
@@Gamemaster-64 I'm starting to think so myself did a run last night where I forget the first one and got 19 but I could of a sworn I got them all the first time around.
I've watched this video three times and still have no idea about most of the parts. Why so much for each boss, ugh
You should see savage. Its actually insane. Youre technically doing a boss rush of extreme fights.
I'm with ya, I despise bozja and eden titan
PLS DO SAVAGE :D
Very good Guide
I'm so confused by the entire Bozjan thing so I'll probably never get this unlocked XD
I was at first too but an all-nighter helped me out
