I am in the same boat. I have about 14 lbs to lose. You need to move after you eat so that your body starts to burn up the food. Try not to eat late at night. If you're going to eat something sweet take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, when you do that you absorb less sugar. Just be careful with surgery don't do it unless it is absolutely necessary. Merry Christmas.

I made a appointment with my weight management dr to start my weight loss journey I found a lot of useful information about my body what would work and what didn’t. i can say this year I was in the gym more than I’ve ever been in a very long time ! Take it easy on ya self and be patient with ya body many blessings to you and ya journey🎉 !
Right there with ya! I want to lose as much as I can to get a breast reduction next year. I’m very reward motivated and need something physical to motivate me so I am doing a 5k next month. I just started this week the couch to 5k program and it’s not bad at all!
Yes, I'm gonna get on the ball in 2025 😊 i told you that i lost some weight after my baby too but after a few months I gained it back ....you do have to be careful. I always felt glad that Im tall at least so the fat will even out 😂
Alright Alright, get out of my Head lol. I've done this so many times and have lost the weight. Here's some advice...stop drinking your calories, no processed foods, increase your Veggies/Fruit intake and Fasting 😊 I'll get back at it, I want to lose 30lbs. ❤ You can do it

I had a reduction and lift back in 2016 but!!!! 👀 they’re kinda back 😂🤣 they’re not as bad though!
