01:23 One of our rigs was a 1984 Peterbilt cab-over semi-tractor. It had a factory 60"/152cm sleeper with a 7'/213cm condo. . I removed the fifth-wheel hitch, then added a 16'/4.8m dry-van box.
As an avid ( Not as much as I want ) offroader, a "Crawler Hauler" is my dream! A home on wheels and a place for my first gen Tacoma S.A.Swap ( Solid Axle Swap ) Definitely beats sleeping in my front seat! 😅 Or strapping a tent and awning on my offroad rig
Listen I tune in time to time; but loose the rear drape lol. Use the interior of the TT or a rear natural back ground in your home. Use anything to that dated drape lol
3:03, not built Ford tough here, lol 5:24, Service Box, almost looks like his Ford frame is bent. 8:32, being pulled by a 4.3 V6 Chevy blazer. But to be honest, when my 38-FT Winnebago broke down, we pulled it with a Chevy truck with a 4.3, with over 500,000 km on it about 10 miles up and down hills, very good engines, I wish I had a picture. 13:38, that’s a Ford Expedition but thank you for calling it a Suburban.
New subscriber here. I love RVs and I love your channel. Very entertaining. I also love your wife, she’s adorable and fun. She should always be in the videos. Thanks!
I saw a video of a RV conversion from a search and rescue (4wd) ambulance that I feel is the best way to go if you want to DIY an RV. ;-) It's a "Service truck".
How are you matey? Rebel with a cause it is from Great Britain England🇬🇧 it’s got the GB in the blue section, on the registration plate. Great video stay safe.👍
Got some interesting rigs there but like I said you cannot tell a double trailer unless the first trailer is a fifth wheel and only in certain areas in Canada and maybe a few states in the US that's it
We love your content. The custom sleepers on big trucks are all electric. Propane is not allowed. They have cassette toilets where the black tank pulls out of a side door to dump it in a toilet. The gray water just goes on the ground.
Not exactly sure what you mean about all electric. I have a big sleeper and it's all powered by an onboard diesel generator that runs off the fuel tanks.
Good day Joe ..... At timestamp 1:55 you are showing a tent trailer that is supposed to be flat however people are taking those tent trailers and rebuilding them and to me this looks like one that has been modified and is folded down as much as it can fold
Destination Adventure has a really cool rig he build out on an older Ram 3500/4500? He put a fibreglass truck camper on the bed and custom build around it. Doesn’t look like he dug around the farm scrap pile for parts! (Not that there’s anything wrong with that, and actually I think he did find some parts in the parts field)
a utility truck is what I call trucks with tool compartments. they're nice until there's an accident and all the doors open, and all the tools end up in the weeds.
Not that it makes the camper weird but I've been in the rv industry for about 30 years now. Two stories, one- the drain pan for a stand up shower was a cat litter box, the whole pan, weird. Two- customer bought a full size class a diesel and a little camper trailer to tow behind it........ why? The trailer was for the dogs, mobile dog house! Wow
My dad and myself were heading out fishing one day. Went past the gas station on the way to the lake and saw a brand new camper that had an oopsy. Guy cut the turn way to sharp and smashed the side of the camper into one of the poles. Smashed the side of the camper up and ripped the front axle off and shoved it under the one behind it.
Glad the wife got to join u.. invite her on more As far as some of those seventy foot towing setups I tow a 21 ft Jayco w toyota tacoma..My skills nowhere the 70+ ft level
@RVingWithJoe - since you mentioned your single Axel Ember -- I am very interested in the Ember 191 MSL, but I'm concerned about the single axle. Have you ever had a problem with a flat or a blowout? Let me know your thoughts. By the way, I love these videos of RVs gone wild. You and your wife do a great job of showing us some insane and also fantastic RVs, as well as cautionary tales.😢
@ 3:10...Looks like insurance fraud to me. .Both front right door panel & tail gate are missing. Gas can in back of pick up set ablaze. One photo says a thousand words.
That black sprinter has a British yellow rear plate (white in front) , so no longer an EU plate.(brexit) I get the confusion as Luxemburg & The Netherlands heve yellow ones (front & rear) and Denmark and Hungary use yellow plates for vehicles registered as commercial use only.
There's no way you can tow double trailer unless you have a fifth wheel on the first trailer That's totally illegal anywhere in Canada or the US that must be a setup for the picture
Yes sir those darn yellow posts. Always their fault - they just jump right in your way, never the fault of the driver? Maybe you all should learn how to drive before you blame the inanimate object.
Then why does he choose only Ford drivers! He says he chooses as many people as he can! Then why does 90% of the vehicles show, are driven by Fords. Why?…. Because he drives a Ford
I hope i never see any of those multi vehicle rigs, or home made campers on the road. They are so poorly constructed that they are a real danger to other drivers and pedestrians. The frames, tires, and axels on a lot of those contraptions are going to get someone killed. Not something i would find funny.
Thanks Joe and Jo, for showing-us all the way people camp with their campers.. Ducky-Ducky..
The hearse is a great idea! Plenty of room to sleep two corpses I mean people! 😅

"...new to the 'strap' game..."
Such a treasure.
Last summer moving from KY to AZ. My hitch pin broke. I was hauling a 21 ft cargo trailer. What a ride glad it wasn't as bad as could have been.
FYI - Because you are a Ford fan.... The "red Suburban" (at 13:28) is actually a Ford Excursion; the biggest, baddest SUV ever made!
That pop up had a camping world sticker, guessing nobody told them.

Very cool always fun thanks for your time 👍😊
I allow the commercials to run while I read the comments.
I hope this helps!
Yay, love meeting Mrs Joe! 👏 Grrrl Power!
Service truck is what that tool truck is called 😂❤
I built mine out of a 1988 international/ward school bus. Came out really nice.
The tundra build is just an empty shell so far. It's my cheap version of the earth roamer.

Love the t shirts lmao
If you look at the blue Ford emblem, you can clearly see that they finally found the problem, then they circled it.
I'm Alan, THANKS for the acknowledgement!
I hit one of those bollards with a company truck and my boss was sitting next to me.
Yipes! 😬 Those things are a menace...
Probably better than a "manufacturer"
Listen I tune in time to time; but loose the rear drape lol. Use the interior of the TT or a rear natural back ground in your home. Use anything to that dated drape lol
lol.. noted

And by 'drape', I think Jesse is referring to your toupee.

love your channel, hello to mrs rving
It's a less expensive toy hauler. That Kirby gooseneck looked like it was just strapped to the trailer.
That was a small ARGOSY made by AIRSTREAM cut up to fit at5:37 in vid
Your wife is Awesome 👍 😅 You guys make a great team
Minor point, but multiple manufacturers, multiple lines and models, ALL with one common denominator, Lippert Frames.
All roads lead to Lippert.
That first RV belongs to buffalo bill! Put the lotion on the skin or get the wholes again 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
New subscriber here. I love RVs and I love your channel. Very entertaining. I also love your wife, she’s adorable and fun. She should always be in the videos. Thanks!
In Texas, service bed or body. Utility bed or body should work, too.
Towing for 7years ! Hope he gets there
I saw a video of a RV conversion from a search and rescue (4wd) ambulance that I feel is the best way to go if you want to DIY an RV. ;-)
It's a "Service truck".
Tool truck bed also known as service bed.
Those beds are called utilities beds/truck
As a retired long haul driver, to avoid those yellow safety poles...learn to drive 👍🤣

👍 WOW, the IQ on this channel just tripled all of a sudden. Do enjoy, keep em' coming.
Joe,
Don't you listen to those nay-sayers.
I think your enthusiasm more than compensates for any alleged deficiency(s).

Rigs with an Auxiliary Power Unit ('APU') are common in the industry.
It’s a service bed or service body.

Nice Rack! LOL😂
All straps have a weight rating on them regardless of color.
That A frame going down the road with the top up was probably just stolen from an rv park. Or maybe just repossessed.
a utility truck is what I call trucks with tool compartments. they're nice until there's an accident and all the doors open, and all the tools end up in the weeds.
At 15:16 he probably had his Mother In Law riding in the trailer. It looks a little loaded down there, don't cha know! HA!

Service bed
Krawler hauler is a brand name
Thanks and yup here it is. www.sundownertrailer.com/tlr-Krawler.html
5:46 it’s a plumber body
Was that pop-up that wasn't "put down" maybe an A-frame pop-up? Just asking. I don't know much about pop-ups.

Ford calls them " Cab Chassis"

4.30 not EU plate, UK
Me'nage a' truck..
Oo la la!! lol
THANKS!!!
In defense of the folks with the pop-up camper, it doesn't say anything about pop-down.....Just saying :)
Hello
Let's hear you play some guitar, Bro!
I was wondering but having seen her, now I know you're Joe Bidet voters.
that palomino is actually in drive mode when it looks like a triangle. look them up before assuming people are dumb
