I'm well aware that some short-cut does work against the peguin race, but it most be only one floor fall height of fall, if it his more then one floor of a fall, that the big Peguin says your cheating and will not give you the power-stars.
Taking a shortcut during the Big Penguin Race is a no-no. Mario will be disqualified and not getting a Power Star from the Penguin.
I tried exactly the same shortcut = Disqualified!
