I loved how walt had his conversation with Lydia so Jessie could hear it. He was able to escape not having to worry about her trying to track him down.
Was Jesse even aware that Todd and Jack were in cahoots with Lydia?
Jack grabbing his smoke before pleading is the most Jack thing to do before getting shot.
Everybody that is not scared of death that much will care for the last smoke, drink, whatever they like and still have it at their hands. Shows that Jack was a real deal, even with trying to survive with negotiating. :)
@@aleksandardjordjevic2729yeah he begged for his life like the coward he was
@@aleksandardjordjevic2729 Jack grabbing that smoke was to try and mask what a pussy he truly was at the end because he was still trying to negotiate for his life even with a bullet already in him. Hank was the real deal because his last words were telling Jack to get it over with and tell him to go fuck himself.
@@EliteXclutchX21yeah I’m sure you’d just accept death like a man with real honor if that was you
Our local theater in Seattle showed 'Breaking Bad' episodes on the big screen for free the night they first aired. Always packed. This episode when Jesse strangled Todd.. The theater erupted in cheers. Nothing like seeing an amazing show with 350 other people!
@@pepparsYea It was! I wish more theaters would do this for really good TV shows.
@@Fakeaorta it's the first i've ever heard of something like this but they definitely should, i don't typically go to the theatres for movies, but i would without a doubt go for a good series like bb
hmm, which theater?
Also, (hope this isn't spoilers, but you've probably seen El Camino), it's a interesting this happened after Jesse already had his chance to take out Todd and didn't.
@@winterhaydn maybe Moore? Cant really think of others in/around Seattle atm.
Theres the drive thru theatre at the car museum in Tacoma, but thats like every other week during the summer
Todd’s last words: “Mr. White” ,who he probably respects the most
And after El Camino, it totally makes sense the way Jesse killed Todd.
Vince Gilligan appeared on Mythbusters when they recreated the weaponry of this scene for evaluation. The result was plausible, but it's likely his presence made their evaluation somewhat biased.
Why would this not be possible? There are powerful guns with armor piercing ammunition that can be programmed to fire with a click of the switch.
@@bocawilliams9200100% possible. Basic engineering. Doesn't need a computer at all just a couple servos.
The only part that isn’t plausible is that the guy who is laying down in the mechanical chair at the start probably wouldn’t have been hit… Unless he jumped up during the shooting. If you look at his final position and look at the bullet line on the wall, it was above where he was laying
@@markw9512 if you look closely, at 0:30 he gets up to sitting to get better view of Walt wrestling Jesse to the floor and at 0:43 he gets shot, sitting on the chair, not lying on it.
Walt taking Jack out was badass, he knew he was dying from the gunshot so he made sure everyone was down. Great end to the series
Todd lost all that weight with strength, dedication and hard work over a year all that just to get killed off so easily😂
Walt's run as world's most absurdly lucky criminal lasted right to the end of the series. 😄
3:47 “Dang that’s crazy bro, anyways.”
Nazi : u pull that trig...
Ww: ok
What is interesting is that part of the reason why Walter White made sure that the trunk pops open before the gun goes off was so that the bullet casings would be tossed in the air and away from the trunk rather the trunk being filled with bullet casings if it was kept shut. Especially given how many shots were fired.
Just badass at best.
(Correct me if I'm wrong)
somehow the garage door motor was connected to a lever that started the machine gun firing and responsible for the swinging arm action at the same time.
At 1:12 Walt is thinking "damn, I didn't need to program it to shoot that much!"
Heck, given the flinch, if it had stopped just a bit sooner he might have survived just a bit longer. At least until his cancer finished him oof.
How many ganders are there, Waltuh?
Extremely Satisfying!!! 👏 Top 3
Sopranos BB Wire
There are too many boring, cliched characters in the Sopranos, like the mother, sister, and most of the gangsters except for Tony Soprano. There are no boring characters in Breaking Bad. That, plus the cinematography and originality of the story make me take BB over The Sopranos.
@@donaldsaigh8785horrible take. Watch the show again. Walt jr, Marie, Gomez, the nazis, were all cliched and boring characters. The whole white family dynamic is the kind of shit I heard from other undergrad writers when I studied creative writing. Cliched and lame, Walter jr isn’t even a character, he’s a prop that doesn’t have a life outside his mother and father. Watch sopranos again - Christopher, Ralph, Vito, Johnny sack are all incredible gangster characters full of depth and complexity. Janice is annoying as fuck but that’s the point. Edie falco as Carmella is arguably the greatest performance by an actress in history. Breaking Bad is great the first time you watch it but it has nowhere near the rewatch value as the sopranos.
@@AJ00790 Every character in The Sopranos had been done to death before The Sopranos hit the air. The only non-cliched character is Tony, given the fact he was introspective. The Sopranos characters are stupid, low life types who do not hold up when watched again. Edie did a great job but Carmella, by virtue of the fact she is a mob wife, is incredibly annoying with her love for the lifestyle while keeping a blind eye to all the rest. The mob wife is old hat. The Breaking Bad characters, in general, are far more intelligent and interesting in their actions. As far as BB is concerned, the lesser characters like the son and Hank's wife don't have enough screen time to become boring in my view. And the major characters like Walt, Gus, Mike, Jessie, Skylar, Saul, are some of the most original, fascinating characters ever created. And the Albuquerque cinematography is worth the re-watch by itself. Sorry, I'll take Breaking Bad.
@donaldsaigh8785 the editing in Sopranos was also horrendous, and the way they framed Leotardo being assassinated was comedy, the cut away to the guy saying 'oh sh*t!' While waddling before randomly cutting to random people who had nothing to do with anything was just confusing.
I hate how Walt betrays his own race.
Nah, this was war. They failed to uphold their deal, and threatened his family. They betrayed their race, not Walt
Aryan brotherhood has nothing do with actual Nazi and their ideology.
Also: didn’t Jack killed Hank
🤷
Worst scene of the whole series, what if the trailer was built up 4 feet off the ground? He had no clue and then to park like that? The show could have done better
He's literally been at Jack's hideout three times. He's seen how they park and knows that they're sloppy.
@@bobabooey7088 I'm sure Mr. White had a complete layout of property under surveillance. Also, it's rather easy to view structural plans for any building.
Mr. White doesn't make mistakes.
The contrast between how the old nazi died trying to negotiate for his life and how Hank went out like a badass was awesome
Great observation!
Walt also didn't let him finish, like Jack didn't let Hank finish his sentence.
