Hey all!
In this episode, I'm going live to walk you through some blueprints for a new custom home. I'll break down my process and pricing, and drop some awesome tips on how to do estimates from blueprints and draw downs.
There's a bunch of cool tools and apps out there that can seriously up your estimating game. But I personally like to keep it a bit old school with my trusty custom Excel templates and good ol' pen and paper.
