No it can not .... it has been proved multiple times that screens have little to no impact on eyesight . It can only gets your eyesight a bit worse (like make you short sighted) because you keep focusing on the screen , which can make your eyes tired . That's all .
in this medical and technological days now blindness should be the thing of the past and thats not the only thing that should be gone as such as deafness and even every known illness and diseases too
