The part that really got me was the RDM backflipping into a 5th vuln stack and instant verdeath. It means he's verflipped into pain 4 more times before that.
@@kixmix2450 many of the Red Mage spells has the three letters Ver before it. For example, instead of Raise, their raise spell is called "Verraise". I don't know the reasoning though besides it likely being a part of most final fantasy games where red mages are a part of. Edit: likely due to ver being close to the color vermillion. Red is like the color vermillion!
1:10 he is literally SURROUNDED by orange bad, yet, he still attempts to displacement to safety, only to be be blown to all fuck mid-flip. This is one of the funniest things I've ever seen in my entire life.

You mean they didn't learn the mechanics at all? i think the best once are where its hard and you occasionally wipe but ppl atleast learn from the fails. the worst kind of pain would be if they didn't learn and just try the same thing over and over again expecting a different result.
Dun Scaith has always been one of my favourite ally raids, exactly because of how chaotic it is, when it's filled with sprouts. Haven't played ffxiv in a while, and this gave me a good chuckle, thanks!

While Crystal thus far hasn't given me a single run with this much chaos all at once, this level of nonsense is why this is the one AR I actively dread as a healer. It's very much the "time to babysit everyone" raid, even Orbonne is less frustrating to heal!
I mean though he's become easier over the years, Thunder God is still an absolute beast and can make a newbie raid wipe very easily! I think what makes Dun Scaith so silly is the insane amount of pushback and "yeet you around" mechanics lol

I feel like watching this vid ended up giving me quite the Labyrinth run. Definitely would have been one for a video like this. Every boss and even the trash was pretty rough except one. And not the one you think. The easiest was the final one because I noted the foolproof strategy to chat ahead of time. Not one death. But even the bone dragon was a wipe mostly because new tank didnt understand why the boss wasnt being tanked in the center and provoked. Nuked the raid. Shockingly close to the bomb blowing too. It didnt.
Wow. I've never seen someone thread the needle for the two ice block knockback. I didn't even realize that was possible. That has to be like, 5% of the safe area right?
And to this day it’s still this bad cause everyone wants the new outfit from tataru but you have to clear this raid to get it and alllll the super casual players are out in force lol
You may be kidding, the horrible party and alliances like this are so rare, aren't they? I didn't see and experience nearly-wipe in alliance rades... Is this just because I belong to JP server and only join Japaneses'?

I've never see the ice block disappear bc the boss dies but the pushback winds STILL goes off, that's some next level bad timing I can't xD

God I loved doing Dun Scaith blind for the first time, we wiped 3 times on the first boss. Best raid of my life.
